Greggs in Dudley

Queues can often get very long very quick, and it's not uncommon to be waiting outside the store. However the service is pretty decent considering the staff are likely under a lot of pressure. Both eat in and takeaway are options at this branch.

Overall a friendly environment, customer service is splendid and incredibly helpful, however this location tends to be quite busy during certain times, often with lines extending far into the street, if you don't mind the wait and some prices it's great! :)

Absolutely awful service. Ordered and paid for 2 x sausage & bacon baguettes & received on only one. Same thing happened about 6 weeks ago & managed to speak with the Manager at the Dudley branch who spoke with the woman who packed my order and apologised. Because i ordered through Just Eat, they couldn't re deliver. Guess what the same thing has happened today! Ordered 2 x sausage & bacon baguettes & only received one. Disgusting service. Cannot get in touch with the branch now. Avoid at all costs! Will be making a complaint to their Head Office.

My boys wanted a Greggs so popped in, they had nothing that we wanted so wasn't really great but the lady behind the counter was lovely!

Gregg's in Dudley have cooked food enough for me to go back a few times. 👍

Lovely staff, but sometimes get my order wrong. I would like to give appreciation to the lady who looked around the store for a reusable cup for me. She was very kind and offered to keep one to the side for me If she found one

Nice store has seating area very busy most times expect a que at lunchtime going out on to the high street polite staff

Visited on 23/10/2021 - Food is reasonably priced and good for what you get. Seating area is decently sized. Only drawback is that the staff weren't wearing masks which is very slack in the food industry

Customer service was great. Food is always warm and tasty. My mocha was amazing. I would definitely recommend this Greggs!
