Harvester in Dudley

Although there was a long wait on the food it was lovely once we got it.Our server Sarah was really friendly, welcoming and she kept us informed about the wait for the food.

Decent Harvister. Our go-to place for family meals. Friendly staff even though there aren't as many as there used to be. Staff are still serving at the salad bar, which is good (do you remember before covid when the salad bar was self-service and was always a mess because the plebs didn't give a toss if they used the same spoon in different dishes?)

Service at first was brilliant, unfortunately the lady that took our order left. She didn't let us know or pass us over to a new server, this meant we couldn't get the attention of someone else as they were all busy with their tables. We ended up going to the bar to pay the bill, which we didn't mind but the service behind the bar was not as pleasant.The food was lovely and quickly delivered, hot and delicious.Maybe the chef who came from the kitchen to serve the salad bar could have covered his dirty top and been a bit more helpful.Overall the experience was good and although I have raised a few points I would return.

I am a Harvester Fan without question however on this occasion it was not that good service was very slow even had to go and find someone to take my order and I was not offed a sweet so I then had to find someone to give me my bill but as usual the salad bar was very nice

Food was quality, hot and fresh we Had breakfast which was very tasty. Good service and food. Polite and friendly staff plentiful of tea and coffee ☕️ would highly recommend castle gate Harvester for breakfast and any other meals.

Really nice place and very friendly staff. The vegetarian dishes my guest tried to order weren't there and my guest had to go with fish and chips.I went with sirloin medium well, and it was really good. Juicy and tasty as what I had expected to be. The cheese was yumm! The fish and chips was also decent. No complaints.Only downside to the whole experience was the weird smell and was mildly pungent. Addressing that would make the customer's experience much better.

3 course meal for £11.99 absolutely worth the money but drinks should come with it though which was a bit disappointing but hey ho. Staff were great, food was excellent, great atmosphere. I would visit again soon. Salad bar was also great too

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere... Food okay. Some of it reminded me of moms being to Iceland 😔
