I attended a birthday meal here, it was a Thursday evening. I can't believe how busy this place is for a school night. I ordered a rump steak at a cost of £17.99 it was really nice and so was the mushroom it came with. The peach ice tea I had was really nice as well. Once our diners were served to us, the waitress went a.w.o.l. There was no, do you want any sauces, is there anything else you need, is everything OK with your meals?. I had to get the ketchup off a table that had just left. We were planning on having desserts, but once we looked at the prices we changed our minds. £6.99 for a fudge cake, is way too much to charge. A service charge is automatically added to your bill, which I don't like. We didn't pay it, it should be up to the customer if they tip or not and for how much.

Visited on the weekend. Greeted and seated well. Was very happy for the first 1hr. Ordered drinks and appetisers and was really impressed and satisfied. Until my main came and went to take the lettuce of my burger they was fly half dead right in the middle of my burger. Legs moving just disgusting. Had a Texas brisket basket as alternative and was surprised when waitress staff had charged me for everything I’d had. Manager came over a resolved the issue straight away. Removing my meals and Tip fee Manager was lovely women and honestly reassured me on my next visit that this wouldn’t happen again. For my experience restaurant didn’t deserve a tip but I left the manager something as she honestly so kind and polite and we all understand sometimes kitchen get busy and mistakes happen. Great staff and customer service is 10/10

Nice warm welcome for our party of 7. Excellent set up for young children with popcorn, crayons and colouring leaflets already on the table. There is a cinema for the children for when they have finished at table. Good selection of background music. Steaks were cooked exactly to order and the rest of the food was excellent. Only downside was only half of the food for our party arrived, and the rest did not come to table for another 20 minutes. It arrived with a sincere apology and our puddings were offered free of charge for all seven. The delay aside, Nice leisurely experience and would definitely return.

Excellent experience this time round. The last time we went, food was absolutely terrible, nothing compared to what it was this time round. We had pulled pork nachos to share - the pork was absolutely lovely and moorish. For mains I had smoked beef rib and other half had brisket (not pictured), with a side of Mac and cheese. Food was more tasty and definitely filled us up. Only change I would make, is that the beef rib should come with some of the Tennessee bourbon gravy, as the beef even though feels juicy, tends to get a bit dry and the Tennessee gravy from the brisket just gives it that boost. Two alcoholic drinks, two soft drinks the meal came to £80 which is reasonable and worth as the food was definitely on point. We came around 1500 and wasn’t too busy.

Staff are always attentive, which is nice. I had the nacho starter, very nice! For main I had the brisket, it was very fatty and had veins in there not a very good piece of meat at all.. I took it home and gave it to the dog. To be honest, I believe this place has gone down from when it first opened. First if all portion sizes very getting smaller, now the cuts are not so nice. I dont think I'll be coming back for awhile yet.

What a fantastic place to go to. Not just for the brilliant food with great prices, but also the atmosphere and experience. The staff are absolutely delightful, handing out free popcorn which went down a treat with a lot of children who kept asking for more. They have crayons and a kid activity booklet which is ideal for parents with small kids.Food: we had the brisket and burger, which were both outstanding. The brisket melted in your mouth, and the chicken and beef burger combo were awesome. We ended with a milkshake which is the thickest, most delicious milkshake I've ever had, and that's including five guys and other dessert shops! The cocktails are brilliant. I went for a cherry old fashioned which was smooth and full of flavour. Will 100% be back to try more on the menu! Highly recommend for families and a casual meal out.
