I attended a birthday meal here, it was a Thursday evening. I can't believe how busy this place is for a school night. I ordered a rump steak at a cost of £17.99 it was really nice and so was the mushroom it came with. The peach ice tea I had was really nice as well. Once our diners were served to us, the waitress went a.w.o.l. There was no, do you want any sauces, is there anything else you need, is everything OK with your meals?. I had to get the ketchup off a table that had just left. We were planning on having desserts, but once we looked at the prices we changed our minds. £6.99 for a fudge cake, is way too much to charge. A service charge is automatically added to your bill, which I don't like. We didn't pay it, it should be up to the customer if they tip or not and for how much.

What a lovely experience! The atmosphere and decor is amazing. The food is brilliant! Great quality, good prices and lots of variety. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went 2 days in a row hahha and each time it was just as good! Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience this time round. The last time we went, food was absolutely terrible, nothing compared to what it was this time round. We had pulled pork nachos to share - the pork was absolutely lovely and moorish. For mains I had smoked beef rib and other half had brisket (not pictured), with a side of Mac and cheese. Food was more tasty and definitely filled us up. Only change I would make, is that the beef rib should come with some of the Tennessee bourbon gravy, as the beef even though feels juicy, tends to get a bit dry and the Tennessee gravy from the brisket just gives it that boost. Two alcoholic drinks, two soft drinks the meal came to £80 which is reasonable and worth as the food was definitely on point. We came around 1500 and wasn’t too busy.

Awesome place for food and atmosphere, very friendly service and helpful! Once seated your given a free bag of popcorn to have a munch on while waiting and deciding what to have! Definitely recommend the 3am Mac and Cheese. Service is speedy, and you’re not left waiting around for the bill.Only reasons for 3 star is the price of things, certain drinks are quite pricey for what you get, as well as food - but the taste of the food is decent!Another issue was the cleanliness of our glasses and cutlery, may have just been this one time but our glasses had a lot of smears of previous things on them, which lead my partner and I not wanted to finish our drinks in worry of catching something. Cutlery did have old pieces of food on them which we flicked off in the end. Like I say it may have been this one time and one time only.In general, a very welcoming decent place to visit!

Staff are always attentive, which is nice. I had the nacho starter, very nice! For main I had the brisket, it was very fatty and had veins in there not a very good piece of meat at all.. I took it home and gave it to the dog. To be honest, I believe this place has gone down from when it first opened. First if all portion sizes very getting smaller, now the cuts are not so nice. I dont think I'll be coming back for awhile yet.

What a fantastic place to go to. Not just for the brilliant food with great prices, but also the atmosphere and experience. The staff are absolutely delightful, handing out free popcorn which went down a treat with a lot of children who kept asking for more. They have crayons and a kid activity booklet which is ideal for parents with small kids.Food: we had the brisket and burger, which were both outstanding. The brisket melted in your mouth, and the chicken and beef burger combo were awesome. We ended with a milkshake which is the thickest, most delicious milkshake I've ever had, and that's including five guys and other dessert shops! The cocktails are brilliant. I went for a cherry old fashioned which was smooth and full of flavour. Will 100% be back to try more on the menu! Highly recommend for families and a casual meal out.

Absolutely love this place. It was our first visit but it won't be our last. The decor, service and food were all top marks. We were welcomed with a bag of popcorn and a bottle of water. We had a sharing platter, which is a great way of trying a bit of everything. Hubby had 'black and blue butt steak' (the best steak he's ever had!) I had BBQ hand pulled pork (wow!) Upgraded the chips to chilli cheese mmmmm. Puddings and cocktails all very nice. Staff warm and welcoming with advice about the menu 👍they also have a small cinema showing kids films which gets too marks from us parents who have kids that get bored easily.

Visited here for the first time today. The place is amazing, the staff are really lovely and very attentive. The meals was out of this world, best meal we have had. I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could. We will be coming back soon. Thankyou for making our birthday so special 💓

Visited today for the first time, from the get go the place looks so cool and on brand. Interior design is impeccable.Went straight to the bar for our drinks. Although limited on cocktails the bartender was plenty knowledgeable on classics and other drinks they could offer 🍹 This was a fantastic touch as it seems they went above and beyond to please. Very friendly and chatty gentlemen behind the bar☺️Was then seated and greeted by server. All allergens and dietary requirements were taken on board and acknowledged straight away which ensured my parties safety.Slight disappointment on the portion size and my chicken fried burger was abit too hard. Whole onion skins found in onion rings but minor issue.Server was attentive, would’ve like them to be a touch more so but completely understandable when people are busy.Had chats with staff towards the end of our visit about the place and a really nice establishment going on, planning of having more people come down for the experience. And last thing the churros for dessert were to die for!😍 gutted I didn’t get a picture I dove straight in😂Definitely an enjoyable first experience

Huge amounts of food! Was worth every penny! Service was great but it was extremely busy so we had to wait for a while to be seated. Overall experience was good. If your hungry and want loads of meat, this is the place to be.
