Koyla Kitchen at The Thorns in Dudley

Came today Friday afternoon place had one other table eating the service was shocking the other table had also complained we come here a lot and never had any issues. We waited a long time for food order to be taken and a long wait on food got told carvery was ready got up there no Yorkshire puddings or roast parsnips food was just warm not hot no compensate after such a bad visit wouldn’t return or recommend shocking

Simply outstanding service from the beginning to the end .This is the first time in the Koyla Kitchen, and most definitely, we will be backCUSTOMERS FOR LIFE !!!😊.Thank you Tiffany & the big boss man for making my wife Diane Powell Birthday so amazing

Lovely staff. Curry very disappointing. My friend had Rogan Josh awful. I had chef special butter chicken. Never had one so bad. Been previously for carvery and enjoyed it. Boss did discount us 10% and was very apologetic..

Early Sunday lunch visit. Friendly staff. Food was good. Carvery had variety of vegetables and plenty of meat. Would have liked ( our preferences, not everybody's) the very nice Cherry Pie to be hot and with hot custard, rather than just warm. But it was beautifully presented.

Clean, tidy, food was good but one member of the staff let the experience down as he was more interested in pouring drinks than directing me to a table which had been booked well in advance - this was to include the removal of a seat as one of our party was in a wheelchair, this hadn't been done!Food good, service needs some work.

Stunning food great service. Can't wait to go again. 1st July they have a singer as well. What more can you ask for. 5 starts not enough

Enjoyed our visit to Koyla Kitchen today. Tandoori grills were delicious. A massive shout out to the manager too who couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome.

We had a works birthday event here. Staff and Venue is lovely clean and airy. Food freshly cooked and reasonably priced except the desert which we opted out as we had a filling meal. Toilets and car parking on site. Would come here again.

If I could leave 100 stars then I would. I've eaten at Koyla 3 times now (first was a takeaway delivered) and every single time it has been unreal. They have a VEGAN MIXED GRILL AND I JUST CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING IT IS. We've had impeccable service every time (a weekday evening is very quiet here!) and felt truly looked after. Would recommend to anybody...

First time visiting thus restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised I never visited this venue because of its location however I was very wrong to not have been previously. The food for the adults was very filling and flavoursome. I can't grumble I had the Madras and it wasn't as hot as an Indian restaurant Madras but it had all the flavours. My wife had the ribs and it was a decent sized rack and fell off the bone. The kids main meals are a little on the bland side but edible.The most important aspect of this place is the servicing staff very nice and helpful.
