Lutley Oak in Dudley

In the past have had many pleasant visits to this pub, unfortunately tonight's visit was pretty lacking.Food took over an hour to be served, to be fair the staff were friendly enough and I felt sorry for them - appeared to have been understaffed and rushed off their feet.Food itself wasn't awful per se but sadly below the usual higher standards here. Great portion size, but the steak was rather cold. Asked for medium rare, yet most if it was well done.

Brilliant food, attentive staff. Service at the table was a lovely experience and allowed us to just relax for the evening. The food was lovely and arrived hot and all at the same time. Staff even kept our drinks topped up when they ran low. Great service. Will be a regular go to for family nights out.

Being our local pub, we have been coming for numerous years and unfortunately the food has been getting worse.Tonight, we waited over an hour for food (on a Monday night). When it came, it was average at least. The burger was ordered without mayo and it came with and a meal was ordered with coleslaw and it came without. In honesty, we didn't complain - nobody did a service check anyway. When they did clear our plates, I did mention the mayo and was offered a free dessert... this was ruined down. We had already been there longer than hoped and actually a free dessert doesn't make up for a substandard meal.The quickest part of the meal was sadly the time it took from asking for the billing to paying.. you can definitely see where the priorities are. £68 later and I feel more than robbed. We won't be coming back to eat.

Large Party BookingVisited pub for large party birthday first time we were able to get together after the pandemic. Was able to fit us all in, very accommodating. Was served at table which was ideal due to the amount of us, food was served in good time. Friendly service.

For the money its awesome. 32oz steak £15.99 with the offer and it was a really well cooked and no fat! The sides weren't my kinda thing but they know how to cook the meat! Kids loved it, chicken challenge for them. Clean and tidy inside too.

Friendly service from the male member of the team. Tried a couple of ales, To Rocking Rudolph wasn't too clever.Food looks good enough to try and will give it a go if I return.Plenty of parking, but turning right on to the A458 needs patience.Not sure if there's live entertainment

First time here, the only reason why we went here because every time we went passed it the smell from the restaurant was amazing. So all i can say food was amazing and the dessert 🍨 was epic

We had just got back from holiday over 6 hours in traffic, needed some great food to end what was quite a frustrating day on the motorway. Food was delicious, service was faultless. They had a couple of new waitresses I had not seen before their manners and service was brilliant!I'd recommend the Mexican burger challenge to anyone! It was really good, also came with a 25% discount on challenges on a Friday!

Had a lovely evening here today, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the food was lovely. The Chocolate torte was absolutely divine! Could do with a few more vegetarian options please as that was very limited, but the chickpea burger was very tasty. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would
