Mcdonald's Restaurants in Dudley

I visited this branch on Saturday 2nd April. The bins were overflowing inside and out. Food was all over the floor. The tables were not clean. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and it gave me a bad stomach for the rest of the day. They were very busy and clearly over whelmed

Food good, just a shame about the service.It seems to be getting worse and worse.What happened to 5-10 seconds greet at the window. Now they leave you 5 mins give you your drink and then a few more minutes either wait for your food or have to park up.There too busy having a chat for themselves than actually hospitality to customers!!!I sadden that McDonald’s standards have slipped so far

Absolutely (the brown stuff) service ordered 2 chicken nuggets happy meals and 2 burgers happy meals in the drive through and still had to park up to receive our order and when they brought them (why didn't I check my order) gets home to find 2 burgers happy meal and 2 cheese burger happy meal and the kids are allegeric to cheese PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR BETTER STILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE 0/10 FOR EVERYTHING DISGRACEFUL

To he honest uber eats and deliveroo etc. Are killing the McDonald's experience, queues of drivers and processing of orders for them means fast food is becoming slower and slower. I don't have a thing against it but it should be balanced with on site customers, by all means process them separately as a side concern but don't let it impact footfall customers

Horrible staff. I ordered two Chicken and Bacon Wraps without Bacon. Deliberately put Bacon in. Asked for extra salad, Manager was brought in for the request, promised it but never got it. They made the wraps again so I took it home thinking it was made correctly with extra salad and the weather was stormy but open it to find TONNES of GHERKINS/PICKLES inside the wraps when they belong on the BURGERS ONLY. Obviously did this on purpose and I had to go in store again which is a few miles away in bad weather. Nasty, bitter staff who always cause problems as this isn't the first time they have done something like this.

Worst mcdonalds ever placed an order through just eat and when arrived items missing and cold. Daughter went down to the mcdonalds to ask for the items missing gave them the receipt to prove and all they said was to claim through just eat app but it wasn't them that didn't pack my order it was the staff at castle gate mcdonalds. She said they would be out of pocket but if items were missing and I have not received them, then how can they be out of pocket 🤔. They were rude and unhelpful its not the first time it's happened it happened quite a lot of times. I actually feel bad claiming from just eat when it's clearly not there fault but MCDONALDS. THEY CLEARLY CANT READ THE ORDERS ON THE RECEIPTS. THEY NEED LESSONS ON READING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Must say the lady who served us today was exceptional and even brought the food to our table. Place is well looked after and clean. Basically the food same as any other Mc Donald's but customer service just brilliant.

It was shocking to be honest. Everything was cold. The customer service was awful staff were rude and having their own conversations and ignoring customers. Food was cold. Drinks was cold. There was a hair in my wrap and wasent even wrapped properly. Absolutely shocking service

Extremely busy on my visit barely any tables to sit at. No table markers were present at the ordering screens so I intentionally selected take away in case I wasnt able to get a table. Food was served relatively quick, cooked well and precise.

Here is castlegate mcdonalds idea of making a burger.. i could have made a better one from 50ft away.. shame i can't leave a 0 star review. Coseley is a million times better than this rubbish wont be coming here again absouloute jokers
