McDonald's in Dudley

To be honest the food is nice but why do they continue removing sweet chilli dips from my order when its really why i order chips,if you don't have it, just remove it from your menu, third time I'm livid right now!!!

You stand there waiting and waiting while staff attend to uber eats firstly, then eventually you get your food which is nearly, time to stop visiting this very poor outfit, someone will appreciate my custom and money I'm sure.

Honestly no one here can read an order always have stuff missing never put any dips in. Come on guys it ain’t hard. You work at macies and still can’t get it right.

Cheesed off. Ordered 30 pound of stuff online. Delivered all wrong. Couldn't get through on phone. Walked there to sort out and find when I got home missing 2 fries from my order. So even the manager can't get orders right. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

Depending on what times you go/order they can be hit and miss.Hoards of Uber/just eat delivery drivers park on double yellow lines making it very difficult to get to if you come off the black country route.Avoid at times that coincide with movie end times at the cinema

Last Saturday I picked up a couple of coffees and took them home. One was really cool and obviously a toffee latte not a plain one. It was quite sickly sweet and not nice. Dropped in today and guess what a weak sickly caramel / toffee taste to the latte again. Lobbed it in the bin as I hadn’t got time to take it back. Last time for a morning treat from McDonald’s

I had higher hopes. Once I arrived here I had ordered fries, a wrap and a drink, the self service machine didnt work properly so didn't print the reciept, from here we had to guess what number the order was. Eventually managed to get it in the end though after a 25 minute wait; the food arrived cold, the drink was watered down as all of the ice had melted before making it to us, the fries lacked both warmth and salt, and to top it off the wrap wasn't particularly...a wrap, it was more just half wrapped.Unfortunate food, frustrating waiting time and mediocre service. The only good part was one apologetic staff member. I feel for them as the place was quite busy but you'd imagine given how it is always busy at this time and in this location it'd be better managed to cope with that.

Food good, just a shame about the service.It seems to be getting worse and worse.What happened to 5-10 seconds greet at the window. Now they leave you 5 mins give you your drink and then a few more minutes either wait for your food or have to park up.There too busy having a chat for themselves than actually hospitality to customers!!!I sadden that McDonald’s standards have slipped so far

To he honest uber eats and deliveroo etc. Are killing the McDonald's experience, queues of drivers and processing of orders for them means fast food is becoming slower and slower. I don't have a thing against it but it should be balanced with on site customers, by all means process them separately as a side concern but don't let it impact footfall customers

I've stopped eating regular mucky d's as I can't stand the taste of it anymore and none of the burgers look like what is being advertised?!But you can't beat their breakfast meals.Always taste freshly cooked and piping hot. Great polite service as always. Drive through was quick with no waiting around.
