Nando's - Dudley in Dudley

So far this restaurant doesnt dissapoint me. With the caramel gooey cheesecake oooooh 🤤 every wednesday after my work. Makes my hard day a good night ☺️

Excellent service. Went for Dads birthday and you guys made us feel so welcome, warmly greetings, excellent customer service to the point we left a tip. Yummy food and to top it off LIVERS are back on the menu. Oh happy days. Will defo be ordering again. Im one happt customer

Service was a little slow but we did come at a peak time, food was nice and restaurant was clean. Staff were also very friendly!

Went to Nando’s for dinner with my family. I wouldn’t say it was amazing the chicken was dry the mash was like it’s was from the bottom of the pan and I guess the rice was ok. Was busy inside. I had the 1/2 chicken. Kids food was ok. The chicken just didn’t have no flavour whatsoever despite asking for medium and lemon and herb. Try perico chicken if u want full flavour highly recommend perico rather than Nando’s if you want chicken chicken.

I really don't like the way they try and get you to order through your phone or app. They don't want you going to the till, to order and pay. But your fine to get up and help your self to drinks and sauces. I told them straight, I'll pay by card or I'll go else where. They took my order from my table. The food was typical Nando's. Chicken nice and tasty, rice was full of flavour. The prices have gone up by about 30% since lockdown. I could get the same meal for £20 before covid, now its £29. Overall typical chicken and chips, nothing to write home about.

Staff were very friendly and really helpful. Top notch service and food was just as good.

It was our first family visit at the restaurant chain and we loved it. The atmosphere at this branch is lovely, with a very calm and well designed look. The team were all lovely and service was great! We just wanted to highlight Davari and Ash who were with us throughout our experience at the restaurant and helped us within the time we were there, assisting with little requests and all with a great smile. Kelly and Gavin were also so friendly and aided with making the tricky part of ordering our food via the app a much easier process. Thank you so much guys! Will definitely visit again!

Very amazing food, took a while to prepare - maybe about 20 minutes but was very fresh and hot when served. We had prior friends at the table who were eating and when they left their plates the staff didn't seem to take them even though having hands free and coming to our table beforehand. Apart from that still deserves 5 stars.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. I've been there multiple times, cutting it fine, just before it was due to close and I've been served each time and without any funny looks. They've even managed to let me sir and eat well past the closing time. The managers are great and the staff are cheerful. Great place to eat
