Friendly staff, nice food onmy down point tou have to order via a app on your phone so reduces the interaction with staff and customers

Pizza Hut pizzas are pretty bloody terrible aren’t they, they taste like cheap oven pizzas but cost about £15 a pizza even with deals. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and looked understaffed so took a while to get to me.Parking here is an absolute nightmare too, chaos everywhere!!

I did not like this branch though I have a great loyalty for pizzahut.First many items were missing such as the ice cream factory, cheese triangle, besides the salad station missed many initial item. second it takes long time to get the order especially the dessert. The staff though we're nice and it seems they were understaffed on the day i visited.

Amazing service. Ordered a pizza with no mushrooms & I guess they accidentally made it with mushrooms first, I was happy to just pick them off but they very kindly sent another themselves with no mushrooms - free of charge!

*** CARD PAYMENTS ONLY & ORDERING VIA THE APP ONLY ***ÂŁ12.99 gets you, unlimited pizza, unlimited drinks, unlimited salad & pasta, unlimited ice cream. Only week days until 15:00 than price goes up.Friendly and welcoming, good level of covid measures.Clean and tidy venue with plenty of hand sanitizer available.Staff try to spread people about as best as possible to maintain social distancing.5 / 6 selections of pizza, plenty of variety of salads.

Such a shame. The inevitable demise of a family institution - just like losing Blockbusters from the memory of my childhood.Came for lunch before going to cinema. The manager chose to sweep the floor for a full 2 minutes before seating us. Told us that ordering was only through the app and that there was no fizzy drinks as the machine had broken. No apologies, just a shrug of the shoulders. We stayed purely because the kids has their hearts set on pizza. We had the pizza buffet which was fine. There's times when the choice was good and times where there was very little left. We ordered bottles of Pepsi that worked out a lot more expensive but as ordering was online there was no way around it. A good restaurant would have adjusted the bill to compensate for the broken drinks machine. The whole feel was one of a restaurant chain that was gasping it's last few breaths. I'm sure it will survive as a takeaway, but guess it will be gone as a restaurant in the next few years.

Food was great but all ordering is done through an app. I may be old-fashioned but I like the personal service. I go out to eat and part of the payment (I feel) is for everything to be done for me. Not a huge amount but, it took maybe 8)10 mins to order. If I went again I'd no doubt be faster but still, I like a more personal service.

So so the same as it's been in the late 90s, and i don't mean poor service or poor food. It's just if you need a meal and you want to go with friends or family, or go their before going somewhere else. This is the place it's clean and the staff are helpful and attentive to you if you have a problem or none. Good night out or day if you don't want to cook or for a change and experience something different.

Not great customer service they dont like brown people. They need to get a life. Also the food you pay a good amount of money for pizza I could get from my regular takeaway which is much more better. Get a chef

Pretty decent food, been here twice in a week and twice I enjoyed the food. I’ve been to some shabby places in my time and this is far from shabby, only down side is the store was mega busy and they only had 2 waitress serving which isn’t brilliant and the time to order and pay was longer than I personally feel it should have been. Good enough though and fairly priced
