Sizzlers Inc Pizza By Papa in Dudley

Just moved in to local area. Walked in here tonight and walked straight back out again. Premises looked dirty. Food looked over cooked.

This place has really gone down the pan lately !! ! It was Always good value for money but not now !!! Although what very little we did receive was tasty , it arrived cold . We ordered and then had a delay on the the delivery time so waited over an hour extra . We did order quite regularly from here but not anymore ,we gave them a second chance tonight as previous order was disappointing ! Shame sizzlers, shame . See you stan

Unbelievable customer service, we have used this place for many many years and always had great meals, the last one we ordered a few weeks ago was really bad and freezing cold, we did complain via Just eats, we tried to order today and first had are order cancelled by sizzlers after it had been activated by Just eat, we then rang them on the phone for 10 minutes after they had took our order to be told they wouldn’t deliver to us, I think they need to improve their customer service, we have placed many many good reviews and have been very loyal customers even during covid, bit to lie to us about reasons for not delivering to us is just disgusting. Now after having read the reviews with people getting diarrhoea I’m thankful they refused to serve us, maybe environmental health should be contacted .

I ordered a large margherita pizza and it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. It was just as good, if not better than dominoes and a lot cheaper. Highly recommend

Decent kebab and I thought good value just a bit of a wait aside from that worth a visit and the pizzas look nice too.

Firstly, we ordered x3 sausage, x1 battered sausage and chips and it took 20 minutes to cook.Secondly and most IMPORTANTLY, after eating above food, both me (33) and my 7 year old son had diarrhea approx 2 hours after, food was poor and very greasy,Eat at your own risk 😡🤢

Just ordered, it was stone cold and to be honest it looked like a dogs dinner. My boyfriend had Donna on a name looked great plenty of salad and meat. I wanted the lamb when we picked up they said they did not have enough lamb so put chicken on. 9 small bits of cold meat and a few scraps of salad. Discusted

Hubby brought chips curry sauce and mushy peas from here for our Sunday tea. The person serving was rude. Chips were small, hard, chewy and greasy. Peas and curry sauce were thin and watery … waste of money!

Ordered create your own pizza here today, fries, garlic bread, chicken strips and coke. Very good value for money, food hot and fresh will be ordering again.

About 10 minutes ago I brought a regular portion of chips & parted with £1.60 of my hard earned cash. From the whole portion, 2/3 have gone into the bin. The whole portion was cold. Most of the chips were green. I'd strongly recommend driving passed this place. I don't know if they give all customers this stuff or just because it's my 1st time. Will be the last too. Avoid!!!
