Subway in Dudley

Really nice Manager ,probably the best subway I've had. Will always use this one from now on Keep up the good work

Really disappointed, usually we have brilliant service here, but the woman serving us today had no clue how to make a sub. I don’t think she knows her fractions as we asked for jalapeños on half , and we got them all over. Aswell as this, she couldn’t read the voucher we used and gave us one drink and one cookie when there were supposed to be two of each. I usually love subway, so this is rlly sad :(

We visited 8.12.21 @18.30 Excellent service what an amazing guy who works there very pleasant and kind made my sons day thank you so much 👍 wish all people were as kind as him!!

This place is shocking for subs. No salad I wanted and the whole sub was soggy. Would not recommend this subway at all.

Excellent customer service everytime I walk into the place I feel like I’m very welcome, the lad at the counter knows how to treat his customer with professional and great attitude, the food is also top notch and fresh. Everything above this subway shoulders above the rest because of the customer service alone

Waited over an hour and 40 minutes for food to come.What a waste of £31 vile and tasteless. no real care for food preparation.will never order from here again.The only decent thing out of it all was the pack of quavers and the cherry coke

I ordered through Uber eats and the driver took 30 minutes on the phone to finally listen to and follow my very simple instruction/directions to find my flat. Never have any trouble other people following these instructions. It was as if he couldn’t be bothered and was expecting me to walk to him even though I paid for delivery to my door! I called the subway to let them know and the person who answered the phone was very rude and did not seem to care at all about my complaint and even hung up on me before I had finished. Very rude and a waste of time, the sub was hideous and had barely anything on it!

Seems like a decent Subway branch, I've eaten here a few times now and it's always been good.However, their opening times seems really inconsistent - I tried visiting once at 10am with my girlfriend and it wasn't open, despite their Google opening hours and opening hours on the door saying that they should be.I've no idea what was going on, hopefully they sort it out.

Staff can't be bothered. Have no clue what they are doing. Asked my husband where the tuna was and he had to point it out. Forgot hash browns and we got home and they were not in the bag 😤

Very poor service and food, staff more interested in using there phones one member of staff had roll up cigarette in hand behind counter then stands outside front door smoking , most the the spotlights were out. Was told after they made sub that coffee machine out of order !!Drum and bass playing loud.
