The Bramford Arms in Dudley

Not very good unfortunately, bits of food in my pint and there were others that had the same problem.Food is barley edible but cheap.Place has gone down hill since I last went (about 4 years ago) deffo won't be going again anytime soon.Hope they make the changes to bring the hungree hoss up to par.

Couple weeks back me and a friend went here quite late at night, when we arrived we were greeted straight away with a smile and was asked where we wanted to be seated! Which was great! When our food arrived it was hot and top quality despite the time ! The restaurant atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. Very hygienic place! Definitely recommend, Thankyou !

Decided to visit around 2pm on Tuesday 29th March 3 Meals ordered Quality very Poor along with small portions cold chips and COLD PLATE ..Training required Hot food hot plate Had this happen before at Green King outlet in Mansfield I would love to be Area manager could turn this around

A friendly, cheap and cheerful local with great food to feed a hangover. Nice decor too! My annoying middle aged gripes are that there’s no healthier dishes on the menu (all about as much meat and stodge as you can get for your money!) and it gets a little crowded at night. If I was more fun, I’m sure that would be a positive!

Best pub in Dudley, got amazing service, great food at both breakfast and dinner and staff are extremely polite and efficient. shout out to Kate who served me yesterday, always a great service. Will be visiting again soon.

We recommended the bramford to friends as it had a 5 dtar rating so the four of us went for a meal . I can honestly say it was the worst meal I have ever had even the staff never asked if we enjoyed its they knew it wasn't good .we will never go again half of what was on the menu they hadn't got what we had was dry and over cooked not happy .

Been here a few times now and I cannot fault the food, the steak is always cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend

Never again! Waited over an hour for food for it to be wrong! Ordered scampi chips & peas & ended up with 7 pieces of scampi & salad! Mixed grill was vile! chicken was freezing cold inside told the waitress she took it back into the kitchen for it to be 'redone' she said it would take about 5 minutes we were still waiting 30 minutes later so asked for a refund for that meal, so great family meal that was!!! Thanks Bramford!

Absolutely disgusting… it started by we asked for everything to come out together and the wings came out 10 minutes before, when I complained the attitude of the girl was terrible.. When everything did come out all they had done was reheat the wings which were overcooked, the photo is supposed to Dirty Fries with nacho sauce and streaky bacon, the only thing dirty was the taste 🤮 the kids pasta was stone cold!We have been going to the Bramford Arms for years but after that experience we will never be going again and will be advising no one we know to go either. The chef and manager should be ashamed.

Nice place. Excellent food and service is quite fast. Plenty of free parking staff pleasant and helpful and polite. Couldn't fault it except for the coffee machine being broken. Which is going to be repaired asap. Will be definitely going back. Our 2nd visit yesterday couldn't fault it bar staff friendly and polite. Ordered our meals which we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes. They were large portions 2 meals for £11 what's not to like. Plenty of free parking as well.
