"It's great to be back! Thank you for your ongoing support over the last year. A few things to consider before you visit: Booking is not essential, though we would recommend you book in advance. Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours and food service times given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Track and trace requirements have changed meaning all guests over 16 years of age must check in and provide their contact details. Unfortunately we must refuse service if guests do not comply. Great food well worth a visit i had the pie and chips. My partner had the steak and chips. Both meals were fantastic. I would recommend you try this place. The staff and the owner could not do enough. Cant praise this place enough.

Met up with family booked a table for 6pmOrdered our meals not long in coming, all looked brilliant. Everyone of us enjoyed what we ordered, I had to have a doggy bag the rest of my steak that I could not finish. Our dog loved it! Many thanks to the staff who made you feel welcome, we shall be booking again.

Lovely carvery today. The meat was great, plenty of veg to choose from, the only thing that let it down was a lack of a dessert menu, wish you had said when I booked. Had the family over with the kids so had to call at sainsburys for cheesecake and apple pie!

Thank you Mount Pleasant Pub! You could be on line for the title of best Pub Food around! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful.. The cod was gorgeous in its home made beer batter...and hone made chips.. Well who wouldn't love them! My son loved his beef burger...decent quality meat and huge!They even offered a free puppy sitting service 😂 Thank You Isla! (Permission asked to include her photo) Well done everybody! 😍

Fantastic carvery for the money all looks fresh and tastes lovely..good quality meat.Definately worth a try. Will be returning!
