Had a fabulous evening at the venue customer service from Jena, Rose and Shaan was amazing they were very attentive and professional. Selection of food was endless and delicious. Keep it up guys.

First time trying this place, won't be returning to be honest.Most of the food was luke warm, some of the chicken didn't look cooked. Hair on an onion bhaji whilst it was still in the serving dish. Member of staff that served us was rude, as were some of the chefs. Poor selection of desserts, staff didn't know what was what with desserts. Cake was rock solid. The ice cream was grainy as if it has been refrozen.Not worth the money at all!It was absolutely dead in there, just us a table of 4 and another table of 5. Don't think it'll be open much longer.Best thing in there was the small pots of cheesecake and beef Chinese curry.

Been here many times over the years and never had a problem. However on our last visit we were met with rude staff, cold food, poor food choices and food poisoning.Definitely would not recommend and absolutely will not be returning.

Haven't been since it has been under new management. However will not be going again. The food was disappointing, cleanliness was not as it was. Very overpriced for what is available. £5 for a coke 🤣.

Would give 0 if I could, delivered incorrect drink orders despite us clarifying multiple times, poor food selection and what they did have wasn’t great. Little dessert section and when we asked the staff what certain desserts were she said she didn’t know, showed us a number of desserts and then said they were in fact reserved “for tomorrow” so we couldn’t have them. The appearance of the restaurant has also worsened compared to previous years. Toilet cleanliness was off putting. All around bad experience and severely overpriced for what was available.

Great Customer Service. Very delicious and tasty food. Jena made our event so great we were so comfortable with him.

Well the venue has finally reopened its doors, I took my son and partner to there tonight and can say I was taken back by its new appearance, a fair selection of food that was quite hot and tasty, the coca cola is not available here which was a bit sad as my son loves it, the chef that's cooking the stir fry cooked my meal to perfection exactly how I asked for it which is a rarity so all round I'm very happy with my meal and for £9.99 you can't grumble at all l.I will give my rating as 4* would recommendFor a good pocket friendly all you can eat.

Nice to see the venue back to its former self buffet was fantastic. Great choice and so tasty. Can't wait to go back 👌

The buffet has just reopened, went last night as prices are reduced for December. Food was good plenty of choice for starters, Indian, Chinese salads, main course’s again Indian, Chinese a Thai dish, teppanyaki, grilled meats, pizzas and some English foods. Choice of deserts and ice cream too.Very good value and the food was all great. I’d give this a try.

Had a booking this past weekend. the opening weekend after a long closure.we had a booking for 4pm, we arrive early. with disabled guest.first thing we noticed is the stair lift is broken. not great. when we had a disabled person in our party. had to use the staff entrance."We were the second table to arrive and notice that it looks like the staff are just turning up as well. nobody to guide us to our seats. a group of 20 of us. chefs coming in zipping up there coats. people sweeping up (think i noticed a beetle)it then occurs to us that the food (all you can eat buffet) which was great by the way. was not there. we enquire about where it is. they tell us that we cant eat yet and that the food will be ready by about 5Pmwhen they aloud us to make a booking, for 4Pm so we wonder why they aloud us to make a booking so early in the first place if we now have to wait an hour before we can even eat.bar was terrible. no alcohol on draft and extremely limited soft drinks (lemonade).management offered no compensation for the disappointment of bad service and no food. till much later, than the booking.for an opening weekend, it was very lacking. maybe in the future it will get better, but right now it seems disorganised.
