Twice The Spice in Dudley

Poor service ordered two curries for collection and they still managed to get the order wrong .I previously ordered side orders which they messed up.Save your money and try somewhere else where staff are compitient to do there jobs officiently.I dread to think what the delivery service is like 🙈

Would give 0 if I could. Not a good service. Do not go here if you value your money. The food is not good. And they have no customer service

Food and service was great but curry stains up the wall and on the radiator was off putting.

First time back since Covid struck and we were not disappointed. Food was absolutely delicious as always 😋Couldn't ask for a nicer evening. The staff are so polite and attentive and nothing was too much trouble.2 big thumbs up from us!👍👍We'll definitely be back.

Not a nice experience if I'm honest. None of the staff wear face masks there was a big party of over 15 on 1 table!! They brought me the wrong meal and then the manager was having a go at the waiter for it saying it was his fault!! No dessert menu was offered and no refill of our drinks!! At the end when we asked for the bill he said we had to pay at the till - well there was 5 of us and we were splitting it so we wanted to work out how to split it! He reluctantly brought the bill over and then we had to go up to pay - not what I thought the policy was during this pandemic???

Fast delivery but as soon as I opened it I knew it wasn't going to be nice. I ordered a king prawn biryani for £10.45 there was about 7 prawns and the food was bright orange and greasy. It did not taste like biryani at all. What a shame!! I wont be ordering again!!

Visited last night with my family in a group of six and wasn’t very happy. The food was ok however the service from the staff was very poor. We weren’t asked if we wanted drinks on arrival (which I thought was rude) The staff came across as very rude and unhelpful. We were given 1 menu between 6 of us apparently due to Covid19. Also the staff did not seem attentive or keen to help when my sister asked for sauce to go with her DRY chicken tikka pieces. There was a few times throughout the evening where I thought the staff had an attitude problem were and unprofessional. Not in a hurry to return.

Good service. Reasonable prices and very tasty food. The Stuffed Naans are very nice.
