It worth the price we paid too expensive. Hotel looks lovely from outside. The lift was not working when we got there. The room was too small not enough space to move around, no sofa for you to sit down and chill. The flush was not working properly. Service was just basic.

I was here for a training/meeting. The room was okay and we were provided with notepads and pens. There were refreshments however, the snacks that they provided were ridiculous croissants in the morning and a few tiny pieces of cake in the afternoon.

We stayed at the village the weekend for one night, and wound never stop there again,On arrival, presented my conformation Email and ref No.. was asked to pay by card by the ato check-in, we had already paid 4 weeks earlier, had to show my mobile banking app that the money had been paid,THE ROOMRipped curtainHole in the bath towelBath plug had to be removed by finger nails to let the water outNo hot water at the sinkNo glass or plastic disposable cup in bathroomSLEEPWas awakened at 5.30 am / 6am by a delivery vehicle directly below our room for 3/4 of an hour in the morning as we were located at the rear of the hotel.BARHad a drink at the bar to view the meal menue, wine glass presented had lipstick on the glass, had to return to the bar to exchange.( NOT GOOD IN THIS COVID SITUATION )Meals expensive and very limited choice, went out to the Hungry House pub, cheaper meals and drinks ( good quality )Due to its location, the sound of racing cars and motorbikes lat at night, ensures a poor night's sleep.BREAKFASTLimited choice of food, and not hotWe had visited this Hotel some years ago, the standards have definitely dropped , would not recommendS

The Barmaster, Dean is a true pleasure to meet and be served by. He can make you feel at home wherever you're from.Nathan at the desk is of equal benefit to the otherwise mediocre staff base. However I must add a nod to naive yet willing Tia who can make a very tired man smile deeply. Thanks to those that made the grade.

No cash allowed card only but they don't inform you til you try to spend at bar. Room dark, bed too hard, shower good though.. breakfast service slow, took ages to fill up coffee machine and bacon. Tables not cleared

Unfortunately I don't really rate this hotel, I've stayed the night here, eaten in their restaurant and visited most recently for work conferences. It's not a bad hotel by no means but it's just "OK".

They dug us out of a hole after our original party booking made at the Glass House accidentally booked the wrong day. Food was lovely and pleasant modern surroundings with friendly staff. The live musician was good although a bit loud to make conversation.

I would not recommend booking a room for more than 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was nice but my 2 children did not get any sleep because the mattress on the sofa bed was more like a duvet and you could feel the bars and springs coming through. We complained to the manager who said "Yes we have a lot of complaints about the sofa beds". He was very nice but I was quite shocked at his response.

Very inviting and friendly staff. It is situated in a well place position where there are shops and restaurants. There is bowling nearby. The hotel has a gym sauna and swimming pool. It caters for them functions and weddings 💑 The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I would choose to stay here anytime.

Staff on reception was lovely and very friendly. Rooms were decent size, lighting could be better.Unfortunately the showers did not work properly and we were extremely let down by the breakfast. Not enough staff. We were left waiting for plates, the trays were empty, breakfast was cold so we couldn't really eat much.Had to look around tables for clean cups just to get a coffee/tea.Mentioned this to reception staff who agreed to refund us the value of breakfast.
