Wordsley Chinese Restaurant in Dudley

This place used to be amazing but not anymore. 3rd time I've had food where its basically gone straight in the bin. Gave the benefit of the doubt but this is the last time I waste money here. Few weeks ago I ordered online and when ringing them after 1hr 45 was told they hadn't checked the online orders - no apology at all was given. Tonight the food was cold, the chips were like how they are the next day after microwaving and half of them still like a raw potatoe. Can't even force myself to eat any of it

Always great food. Web site ordering is absolutely shocking 🙄. I end up going elsewhere its so bad.

Now my favourite Chinese. Tried it because ours was closed. Would love to see it on Uber or Just Eat.

All good apart from the chips Unsure if you were aiming for chips or raw potatos. Shame really cause the rest of the food was bang on

Ordered a large order (nearly £60) via deliveroo. Didn't arrive so when I called all I got was being talked over and blamed for missing their calls (even though I had no missed calls and no delivery had turned up at the address, even though it was somewhere they'd delivered before), and told that my order had been eaten. Well I hoped they enjoyed it. Normally good food but this was shocking service. Will think twice and go to alternative.

I have been a Wordsley Chinese customer for over 16 years, and the last order was probably the worst I have had. The delivery took over 2 hours, and the only reason why it got delivered is because BigFoodie contacted the owner in the end. When you wait a long period of time for your food to be delivered, you are atleast expecting the food to be hot. The food I was given was stone cold.I hate to give this place a 1 star review. Many times the food is hot, tasty and delivery is good. But you can never forgive or forget bad experiences. An apology from the driver would have been the least I was expecting and I did not get that.

I went here for the 1st time lastnight on a recommendation. They did get my order wrong I orded a special chow Maine and got special curry. But it was all very good better than our normal place we use and we will use this again recommended

Ordered food 6.30pm arrived 8.20pm. Even though food was hot and tasty, didn't really feel like it when it did arrive. This is the second time this has happened so will not be using again. No apology. Wouldn't mind but we only live just over a mile away.

Fantastic reliable place! 4 out of 5 times I've only had a 10 minute wait for collection... Prices are always accurate to the Menu and the food is always hot. Very polite on the phone and upon collection. Also, no upset tummies unlike some others in Wordsley.

not worth any stars.. food was absolutely awful. we ordered chicken curry and chips. each piece of chicken had a ring of fat around it. the sauce was bland and very thick and the chips looked days old. I will not be ordering from here ever again .in response to your reply... why use potato starch... I've made curry at home with real chicken breast, which wasn't fatty and never used potato starch. Also no answer to the appalling chips which appeared days old. should report you to trading standards!
