Just had my first delivery from them to try them out. They have got the order wrong which is unfortunate, but what they have delivered is very tasty and I will certainly give them another go.

Terrible food and even worse service. Ordered 2 Chicken Tikka Kebabs with chips and was given a delivery time of an hour. 5 mins later I got a text to say it was on its way. There is no way you can cook this in that time. Concerned, I called the takeaway to check it has been cooked fresh and not reheated. They said it was fresh but when it arrived, my worry was right. The chips were floppy and rubbery just as if they had been reheated. The whole order was cold and we obviously could not reheat the kebabs, as they were covered in salad and sauce. Called the takeaway again and their excuse was where we lived. I have ordered food from various other takeaways close to this place and it has always come hot. So that was a lame excuse. If they cannot deliver food warm to our area, they should not accept orders from our postcode. He more or less said take it up with Just Eat because if I send it again, it will be cold. What's worse is that they said they start cooking food at 5am in the morning because they are always busy. That says to me they cook in bulk, have the food laid out and reheat as needed. There are FAR better takeaways in the area. Don't waste your time or money here. Our whole meal had to go in the bin.

Ordered food at 5pm still not recieved anything by 7:15 rang countless times no answer would give minus 5 stars if i could. Wouldnt order from here if last place for food. Shocking service

Stone cold and wrong order. Rang and there to busy to do anything about it and offered us something free with the next order. Definitely won't be ordering again. Disgraceful

One star is certainly generous for the standard this establishment delivered. Taking over an hour to arrive, all of the food was cold, requiring reheating to a preferred temperature. Often I believe others over exaggerate when they say food arrives cold but this sure was stone cold. We ordered extra salad for one of the items to find there was no extra salad. Not only was there no extra salad there was hardly any at all!! Another item we ordered is advertised as having green peppers and fried onions but certainly lacked peppers. After a thorough search through only three or four small pieces could be found. Is there a shortage of green peppers and salad to warrant such rationing. The jalapeno cheese bites should just be called cheese bites as there is only a couple of tiny flecks of chilli in each ball, although nice as a cheese ball they did not qualify as a jalapeno bite.Overall a disappointing experience.

Wait time wasn’t too bad, but when food arrived it was cold, cheese on the chips hadn’t even melted so was obviously put on chips that had been standing. The chips themselves tasted like they had been previously nuked in the microwave then left to cool with several brown coloured overcooked ones, pizza was like cardboard, was hard to chew and flavourless, the burgers, over cooked, gristly and what was supposed to be lettuce was just a sloppy mush inside an almost soggy bun. Due to work we order take aways quite often, this is one that will not be getting our custom again. It ended up in the bin, complete waste of money and was then too late to order from somewhere else. Not sure what this place is like on a daily basis but today was certainly not their day.
