Anoki in East Staffordshire

Absolutely awesome. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. I will conduct a full review soon but I'll give you a good tip...The starters are fantastic, second to none, high quality and simply sensational. The fish pakora, the chicken, the lamb chops and the cheese naans are to die for.The main courses however, are very average and not authentic.So if you visit, just ear starters and don't forget the cheese naan 😉

Tried this place on spec driving home from Alton Towers, never even knew it was there 🤔First impression was wow, beautiful place, very well decorated, attentive and very well presented staffSecond impression was impressive menu, excellent service, made to feel welcomeFood arrived in good time, well presented, tasted very nice indeedWill return in the not too distant future 👍Just watch the entrance to the carpark - it's directly off the very busy A38 and the traffic is fast and there's no run-off 🤔

There was no actual children's menu although they would make a smaller portion of anything but a child's curry will still cost you around £12-£15 then an extra £5 for rice . The food was good but very expensive for relative small portions. A discount card was available but you have to pay £75 in order to get one before you can receive any discount. 2 adult meals and 1 child's cost us £105 with 1 drink each. Although the food was good at that price we won't be returning.

Took over an hour for food and then they took an extra half an hour before they could bring out the bill??? Food was tasty but prices are ridiculous. £1 per person for poppadoms?? There was 11 of us so starter poppadoms equated to £11 what a rip off. The dishes cost about £25 and portion is quite small. If you don't care for money at all and are only after taste then I guess this place is ok for you.

Really nice food, only not a 5* because I think it was a little over priced for what it was. We visited in valentines and it was extremely busy but service handled well. Just needs slightly more appropriate pricing.

Bit disappointed after eating here...the food was average with a limited set menu when we went although it did say you could order different meals I like to see the different options on a menu...they had more dishes in the takeaway fridge than on the menu..It is expensive too ...don't mind paying for quality but found the price of the dishes do not represent the quality of the food..REMEMBER just because your paying a higher price for something doesn't mean its the best...plenty of other curry houses round this area that offer better food at better prices...been once would not rush back..

So impressed with the service of the staff who took our takeaway order outside even though they were not open. They duly bought it out to us with a cheerful smile. They could have so easily have said come back when we are open but they didn't. Thank you Anoki. 😊

Friendly and courteous staff, decent attempt at staying COVID secure, and really excellent food. Only slightly pricier than your average curry house but many many times better! Their fish dishes are particularly excellent

It's a wonderful Indian restaurant with beautiful decor and a romantic atmosphere. The staff wear traditional Indian clothes which makes you feel the Indian vibe. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. A lil bit pricey but worth it. The toilets are clean and have nice scent but the toilet seat is too high for a 5'3" woman like me 🤣. They have a big car park but the driveway that connects to the A38 is very short and you need to drive with extreme care when coming off or onto the main road.

The best restaurant ever fantastic food and the service is outstanding. You probably need to book! Friday was awesome even though the many staff were so busy. Well done Nav and team xx
