Burger King in East Staffordshire

Plenty of parking and good Covid controls. Couldn't get the app to work for ordering though. Had to go into the store as we were unable to use the drive-through. In-store the staff are helpful and the restaurant is clean and spacious. Like everything at the moment it is expensive, but so tasty!

First time in a very long time here and time has pid off as it was a very yummy meal special the Angus burger and Kelsey was lovely making sure all was good for our meal definitely a call back needed

My worst experience... No Coca-Cola just if the staff turns on the machine. The fries was cold. The staff = 0 point. Cleaning also. I not recommend this place.

Very cold in the seating and serving area!!. We were only foot customers at the time and for two burgers and fries, it took an absolute age to be served with our order,it seemed they were more content to serve online orders!! the order was quite dry to the taste and fries not really well cooked.certainly not worth anything like the £18 it cost us for two meals!!! Not used burger King for a while and certainly will not no more!!

Used drive through ordered paid sat & waited after a while staff brought food out for other drivers told us our the payment for our order hadn't gone through so husband went in to the store waited but busy so gave up drove around again. Paid- got food no cheese bites went into store to find them waiting on the counter? Not the best I'm sure they could have told us sooner instead of being made to wait. Would have been nice to get all of our meal 1st time too.

Clean and tidy but it is always cold in there so eating in is not pleasant but we occasionally use it as location is handy. Food is nice and staff are efficient.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! My wife ate a whopper and choked on it! Wish she would do that in bed but I think it’s a bit too small for her to choke on it. My daughter died after eating a chip but got turned into a beef burger within minutes! Yum yum! Will defo be coming back X RIP x

If you're looking to sit in in the evening, DON'T BOTHER! Told we couldn't sit in the restaurant 3 hours before closing due to it being "cleaned", waited 15 minutes to be served regardless of being at the front of the queue, seemed ubers and delivery took priority. After explaining how we as a family needed to sit inside and eat we were aloud but had to "as quick as we could" "and please leave your rubbish on the counter as the bins have already been emptied".The room temp was slightly higher then outside so we were not too shy off shaking. It's quite clear why this place is only ever about 10% at capacity when ever I've visited. I would strongly advise to go maccies a mile down the road

Customer service needs improving. I walked in, there was nobody at the till and I waited over 5 mins for someone to come up to me and take my order. The drive through wasn't busy so I'm not sure why it took that long for staff to see me.

Waited 15 minutes for food in the car park, no other customers present. Got food home to find out that the DOUBLE Whopper we ordered was a single. And the 9 chicken nuggets we ordered was just 7 nuggets and an onion ring? So not only did FAST food take a silly amount of time to be served, they also can't count and can't read orders.. Food was cold, and its not like we drove far? The food had taken so long to get to us, we would assume during that time and no other customers it was being made fresh... So how 5 minutes later is it stone cold. Absolutely disgusting!!! Won't be returning. Never before today had a bad experience. Different staff to what we have experienced before and clearly not compitant to BASIC standards.Thanks Emma🙄🙃
