Crown Inn in East Staffordshire

Just had a fantastic meal at the Crown, the mixed grill was the best I've ever had, coupled with delicious wine. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the experience helped make our 20th wedding anniversary that much more special. We will definitely return soon!

Excellent pub, fantastic service, good parking facilities also apparently dog friendly.

Had my Mom's wake here - staff were amazing, venue amazing and the food isn't too bad either!

Lovely pub restaurant in Alrewas. God wasn't the best as the steak was a bit tough but the atmosphere was perfect. Chilled and friendly. We'll worth a visit if you are in this pretty village

Nice pub this in the centre of Alrewas. Good beer and food. Friendly staff. We had fish and chips and battered halloumi and chips. Both very good but could have been improved by mushy peas instead of garden peas ! Picky I know😉

Had a relaxing Sunday lunch and drinks at this delightful village pub yesterday with my partner and her children. We sat at one of the many picnic benches in the attractive beer garden, shaded by a parasol from the afternoon sun. There were a few other families sitting outside and others inside, suggesting it's a popular pub for those with young ones. There's plenty of space for kids to run around outside, and trees for them to climb.The three members of bar staff I spoke to were friendly and had smiles on their faces, which was refreshing. The toilets were spotlessly clean, and despite the fairly large number of people at the pub, there were plenty of free tables.There was a large and varied amount of drinks available (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and there was a chef in the kitchen who served us some tasty fries.We will definitely return soon!

Had a Sunday roast. It was excellent, and that includes the vegetarian option (hallumi). Lovely pub, great food, really friendly staff and a good selection of beers.
