Domino's Pizza in East Staffordshire

Food is great. Front of house staff do not speak English very well so communication is sometimes difficult.

On holiday am from the Northeast never had problems with dominos for the last 15 years. Regular customer. However this domino’s, worst experience ever. Order was very late, and staffs running around like headless chicken. Wouldn’t recommend, if your from out of town!

Is it really two for one, or is it a rip off? I know my thoughts. Very nice pizza, silly prices.

Not the best service, hard work basically trying to translate everything. Im not local so may have been my accent. Pizza was also abit shy on toppings

Food is always brilliant! Had a lovely pizza last night. Cooked to perfection not greasy and fresh and still nice and hot on delivery. Not only that it had perfect amount of toppings cheese and base.

We have ordered from here a lot and the food is always pretty good and fast. They seem to have good covid rules and have been enjoyable even with the limited menu. It can be more expensive than other take aways, but they also have some good deals. We will definitely keep ordering from here as the pizza is always good. Just wish the garlic dip pot was bigger

Great Pizzas, always manage to get the deals no matter the situation.Never had any late deliveries or cold food before and the delivery drivers are friendly and courteous too.Reasonably priced compared to other Pizzieras such as Papa Johns.

Painful to deal with. App said order would come in 20 minutes, after 90 minutes of waiting I was asked to come and collect because the driver couldn't find my address (hasn't stopped them delivering multiple times before), accept an evening delivery instead (!!!) or be refunded within seven days. At no point was I apologised to.

Been ordering from then for nearly 4 months, only once have i had a slightly incorrect order and even then they didn't get it that wrong (Just swapped off ham for more meatballs). If you give them patience and respect you'll find they are very happy to help.The worst experience isn't even the company, it's their customers being rude, derogatory and demanding everything right away. Stop it, if you get your pizza 5 minutes late then be happy they've taken their time and ensured your satisfaction.I cannot comment on deliver as I don't do it's I only ever collect or order inside.

I love dominoes but this branch needs to have better customer service and be less tight with their toppings.
