Godfather's Pizza in East Staffordshire

Ordered a stuffed crust it come normal. I rang them they said to mention it next time and they would do a free upgrade. So I did and they called me a liar. I won't be going back.

Ordered through just eat app. Pizza and chips with garlic bread. Took just under 2 hours to deliver so ended up turning the delivery guy away as went to bed as sick and tired of waiting. First time using this takeaway and also the last.

Worst experience ever! Don’t buy from them if you really want to eat. Waited for an hour to get a delivery driver saying the burger is missing, but I actually got only fries for £20. Not gonna order ever again!

Pizza could of been warmer. Paid for 6 pots of sauces only received 3. Paid for 2 portions of large chips only recieved medium.

Pizzas from here have all ways been great staff are really friendly and kind when we order they have all ways been on time love ordering from here I would recommend this place great pizzas and fantastic price

Honest Opinion, Best Pizza for the Price! - Chips are 10/10 Pizza 9/10 compared to dominos being the "best" - Godfathers > Dominos, Top Quality Pizza

Pizzas are delicious and we were very grateful for their prompt help when we messed up our order, they sorted it out very quickly. Would happily order from them again.

Ordered via the just eat site. Delivery was advertised as between 40-50mins. An hour and a half later a lukewarm, dry, flavourless pizza arrived.Had to ring and chase up my order too since the just eat site said it was out for delivery 30 mins before it arrived. We live way closer than 30mins away.Won't be using this pizza place again even if they manage to deliver a hot pizza on time. Threw half away as inedible.

Very late and cold. Chips were cold, garlic bread flavourless and pizza just wasnt nice at all. Only reason for 1 star was i liked the can on fanta.

Very greasy but cheaper than most popular big chain on the same side of town. Sometimes you end up with upset stomach but mostly fine. I would say don't feed your kids with their food. Unfortunately they not only put prices up recently (so not so competitive anymore and they don't tell you until you pay on collection or delivery), also customer service is awful. I ordered my usual (I order once or twice a week from here, usually weekend with friends) and pizza has been delivered without any sauces which normally come as a set of 3 sauces. When I rang (30 secs after driver left) I have been told it's my fault and I should say when I place the order that I want them as some customers don't want them. Well I switched to this place over year ago and always order one set of pizzas and I never had this problem before. I waited for delivery an hour and I have been told they can drop of some sauce next time when they are in neighbourhood. When I said pizza will get stone cold in one hour (minimum waiting time) I have been told again this is my fault. I politely informed guy on the phone I will not order again from here as they don't respect customers, which he said he doesn't care. So rude!!! They are looking for saving on small pot of sauce which is worth less than 10pi. Disgusting, especially as I was leaving them about £100 a month. Never again!!!!!!
