Indiana Take Away in East Staffordshire

Ordered food, delivered wrong food and charged £10.00 to much. Never again

Good food, fair prices and didn't have to wait long.

Been going to Indiana for many years with no problems but the last 2 times we have ordered, we've had issues.1st time we had ordered and paid online. After 1 hour the order had been delivered according to the tracker , even though we hadn't received any food. Upon calling them up , they had swore blind the food had been delivered to us. After another 30 mins and 3 phone calls later we had received food.2nd time and most likely last time. Ordered and paid online. Tracker said the food has been delivered once again. Called up to mention we haven't received food but the tracker says its been delivered. Man on the phone says its still cooking and we be leaving shortly. Food arrives...chips (with a couple of hairs in) tasted like they had been reheated both pizza's had very soggy bottoms and doner meat was hot on top and cold on bottom. Due to being ill during the night, I don't think I'll go back again

Very rude on the phone refused to take order stating COVID only 1 driver so would not deliver £15 order 0.9 miles. To dangerous to walk with no footpath

I've had it with this place now. An hour and a half to deliver a cold, incorrect order. The sad fact is that nowhere in Uttoxeter is any better. If you want good food deliveries, move somewhere else.

The first time we ordered it was late and we'd been out drinking so any food I think would have tasted nice. We ordered pizzas and thought they were lovely at the time. We ordered again a few more times since however and we were a bit less impressed. The pizza dough is like cardboard the cheese is average, perhaps a cheap pizza cheese. My partner has the kebabs from there and says they're alright but we don't order from them anymore... unless we're drunk.

Ordered food and was told 45min for delivery . 1yr old baby and pregnant woman waited hungry for 2hrs for food. When it eventually arrived baby had already gone thro half pkt of biscuits as was too hungry to wait and pregnant mum had gone past the hunger stage and just felt sick . Food was soggy when it eventually arrived with no explanation or oppoligy for being so long . Not the first time either 😠

Been going here since I was a kid never had a problem with the food at all, tried most things on the menu and never had a problem. Seen many negative comments but this is the best takeaway in town

Coming from London we've had plenty of variety kebabs places but this place was amazing. Great chicken shish, chicken donor wrap, freshly fried chicken and chips. Owner advised it was halal as did the non-Halal chippy around the corner that kindly recommended us the place.

Ordered from the food hub app, minimum order of £10 to have it delivered, my order came to £10 so paid and placed an order. Rang me over 30 minutes later to say if I didn't pay an extra £4 for delivery my order would be cancelled as Apparantly I'm not in uttoxeter.....these guys clearly know more than Google maps and every website where you put in a post code!! Started to get rude and swearing when I tried to point this out! Absolute disgrace of a business with no customer service skills at all. We will not be using this place again and I will discourage everyone I know too.
