KFC in East Staffordshire

This place is not very clean.Table's were all dirty with food bits .I was alone in the restaurant during my.Had to pick up my food despite I had a table service order .Food as usual at other restaurants so that bit was lovely.Staff need to pay more attention for the customers instead each other.

Food was good standard .Staff serving man and woman, they seemed to be more interested in each other than to be bothered with customers. Had to go up twice, they forgot part of meal also the drinks.Bins full, food tray on a chair not collected.Ice cubes on floor waiting for someone to slip on. Woman not interested when mentioned.Wont b returning.

Bad service. There was no receipt from the kiosks. The place as empty but tables were dirty. Staff could have cleaned. The toilets, had urine all over the floor. We had to clean table and chairs before we sit. Food was cold. Ordered a Zinger, got something else. A big disappointment after a long day of fun at Alton Towers.

Good service and clean restaurant. Spacious free Parking. Staff is friendly.

Visited around 11.30am on 6th March 22. Only 1 server front of house. He was softly spoken and well mannered. Wasn't getting flustered with having to complete all the orders by himself. Certainly an asset to KFC Uttoxeter.

Absolute garbage. I love kfc but this one was enough to put me off for life. Went at 11.50 am and I'm sure the fries were at least 2 days old. Dry and rubbery. The chicken was frazzled and hot wings all broken

Chicken was dry and looked like it had stood under warmer for a while. Service was very slow as the couple in front knew the girl on the till so was happy to chat while I was waiting to be served. Wouldn't recommend this place and will not be going back!

Weird screams from behind the counter. Almost muffled?? Don't trust the chicken, I swear there was a human tooth in mine. Not complaining. Tastes like a nice raw human arm. Would come again

Worst service ever received at a KFC. No hot or cold drinks so was offered a free side when I had a free side I was going to take from the app and a side with my meal so why would I want 3 sides? I suggested 2 hot wings which are less in value to a soft or hot drink and they refused to do this or anything else but the way the Fergus was communicating saying I am not listening when I was and not letting me get a word in edgeways or avoid answering my question was not good. To top it all off I was falsely accused of swearing at staff yet when I challenged the managed to ask what did I say she refused to say it using the poor excuse I cannot repeat it in front of my son. I had the glass shutters slammed in front of me on the drive through but had made my decision to go back to McDonalds. B The customer is not right at all at this restaurant in the staff eyes and it appears they dont care for their customers either, be warned!

To queue you block exit of KFC, after ordering asked if we had sauces , milk for tea and napkins, staff said yes it's all in, it wasn't non of it. 3 piece chicken was over done dry and stale, chips were cold and soggy. Husband had a chicken burger which he said was OK. Don't risk it .
