Great food but possibly the worst service ever. Manager on 11/07/22 was so bad and needs to realise how poor her attitude is. I'll leave it at that as I could go on...Poor Poor Service And Attitude.

Staff lovely but every table was a challenge as they all wobbled. The waitress listened to my complaint but had no real answer she put it down to the floor !! Sort it out Nando’s you get enough money to sort it out .. the tables not fit for purpose

First time going to a Nando's in years and this was a really nice experience. The staff were all really nice, the last who served us at the till was very helpful and the staff on the floor helping us with the QR code were nice to.The QR code didn't work for my meal which was the Halloumi and Mushroom Pitta as I wanted to make a deal and the option didn't come up so we had to go and order (the deal did work on my partner's food though). The food was really hot and both our Melas came out at the same time, I always say the Corn on the Cob is the best from Nando's as it's cooked amazingly, this didn't disappoint on this meal. There were lots of sauces available tooThe toilets were clean as wellWould 100% visit this branch again!

Food was nice and exactly what I ordered and expected, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, Saturday evening and young girls and boys working well and with a smile on their face, when I was their age I wanted to be out with my friends, so big credit to them for doing a great job.

Would have been nice if you got what was on the picture of the meal but no there all extras so it was 15pound for burger and chips

Not impressed, ordered takeaway and it was the longest wait in Nandos we ever had. Seemed like everyone else was getting their orders, but us. Staff were polite, but only checked on the order after I asked. After 20min drive back home discovered that olives were missing even though I was assured it was all there.

As we arrived there were no tables available but the turn around was quite quick at around 10-15 minutes, however there was no seating to wait so we had to return to the car.The service from the staff was great and they paid particular attention to our 4 year old making sure her food was ready before ours which was great. They seemed to have a few I.T issues while we were there but this is not the fault of the restaurant team. All in all a good experience.

Food was amazing and one of the best fino pitas I've had but the layout was squashed and everyone next to us was closer than 1 meter and listening into our conversations so it wasn't as pleasant as could be had they spaced us out more. But food was excellent and chicken crispy

A lively place. Friendly staff and plenty of meal choice. Even had a lactose free ice cream. We had a chicken platter and chips and garlic bread. Good atmosphere.

Not sure if it was England losing the semi final the night before or some other scientific fact but sadly this was a Nando’s experience to forget.I’ll start by stating that Nando’s in my mind is a solid bet, good food, funky environment, trained staff. I’ve been to hundreds of them up and down the country but this visit just didn’t tick the boxes. We arrived 12.30 and had to seat ourselves as nobody was free to, others followed us in and did the same. I’m not exactly old at 39 but even I was surprised at the mini rave that was happening, that so we ended up repeating ourselves time and time again whilst trying to talk to each other. No table check backs were made so we politely ate the dry chicken and luke warm food (I’ve never needed sauce before but had to use one of the free peri sauces to help digest). The table next to us had one meal delivered wrongly which I watched return to the pass and then delivered to another customer while they went back through the tickets to find the order for the now missing meal.We sat for 15 minutes finishing off our conversation and finally left. The table not cleared and no staff interaction. All in all it just wasn’t a Nando’s experience, I always try to find positives in my reviews so I will mention that the staff we did manage to speak to (ordering and delivering the food) were nice and polite. I will also say that I like the venue decor. But it comes back to a Nando’s experience, which was sadly lacking.Just like England this experience certainly fell short at the crucial points.
