"It's great to be back! Thank you for your ongoing support over the last year. A few things to consider before you visit:. Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Track and trace requirements have changed meaning all customers over 16 years of age must check in and provide their contact details. Unfortunately we must refuse service if customers do not comply. Food was quite nice, room was quite chilly as radiator wasn't on, draft coke was a bit flat, food itself was nice though and chairs quite uncomfortable

Great pub. The food was delicious, plentiful and good value. The staff and service were excellent. Great ambience. I dropped a star, as my lager was warm. This place is a great addition to Tutbury!

Welcoming staff, lovely beer 🍺 and dog friendly to boot. Stopped here mid-way during a walk from Rolleston and my friends chocolate lab was offered dog biscuits and fresh water as soon as we got our beers. Will definitely be back 🙂

Second time here, but ordered food this time, it was lovely, ordered 4 starters between 2 of us, couldn't finish them, large portions served with the freshest Greek salad, will definitely be returning.

Food in the main was good, presentation was smart though not what I was expecting. Service was diabolical, the young lady serving us hadn't got a clue, took 4 goes at getting the right wine and didn't know the menu at all. Overall worth a try as it's something different
