Royal Harris in East Staffordshire

Great way to work the menu with selections on tick list. Not a buffet restaurant in the usual style, all food is brought freshly cooked from the kitchen, so no risk of contamination from others. Food really fabulous. Service excellent. Really recommend. We ate in but take away and delivery really busy too. Will definitely be returning with all the family.

OK, so it may not appear the glitziest setting, but the food and service in this restaurant were amazing. The buffet offer works incredibly well for groups; you place your order from an impressive selection of dishes, and they're prepared for you fresh. Far better than hovering over hotplates!

All In all a very nice meal the satay chicken sticks were extremely good and everything was else was ok, was it the best? No, was it the worst? No, it sits nicely in the middle and is definitely worth a try.

Went as a group of 5. Had buffet option, generous portions and tasty. Staff helpful and nice. Worth a visit.

I've been visiting the royal harris for years, always great and very friendly service and the foods fabulous. I've honestly never had a disappointing visit.

This place is amazing, has amazing food the delivery has no reflection on this restaurant in fact it has a reflection on uber eats. If you ever get the chance to have Chinese here it will not fail you, staff are lovely. Basically a better wingwah.

Edit... having been tonight I was disappointed this time. Service was very slow and food wasnt that good this time. Butterfly king prawns were overcooked and burnt. However I love how they utilised the pineapple after cutting the fruit out. Using it as a bowl for the sweet and sour.Lovely staff. Food is very nice. All you can eat option and also they deliver. I have been to the restaurant a couple of times now. Food is always piping hot.

The only place worth going for Chinese food! Best food ever! The service is quick and most of all fresh!

Used to buy here and it was good, but never again. (Through Hungry House)Arrived with one of the boxes broken so sauce was over everything.Chips tasted like they were a day old, greasy and dry. Ribs were tough and not nice. Special fried rice had leather for beef, plastic chicken and fried rice that was like boiled and soggy.The Chicken in orange was as bad..Most of it went in the bin... It all just felt like we were eating last nights food... Total waste of money....,

Not an unpleasant experience, but wasn't blown away either. The value for food was good though and to be fair the quality wasn't bad either for a all you can eat menu. Just the facilities and few bits of maintenance around the restaurant that needs updating to get the score up to a decent level.
