Sergent Peppers in East Staffordshire

It's OK. More a kid's thing than my spoiled palate.

As i was waiting over half an hour after was told my food would be ready the Man cooking the food was eating it and picking it out of his teeth as he was serving food. Standards of hygiene are questionable.

Nice food quick delivery but a small position for the price

Quality was rubbish well overpriced.not sure if it's changed hands. this place use to be one of the best in the area .Moved back to the area though we would give it another go but burgers where burnt and the guy behind the grill was eating out of customers food as he was boxing it up

Appalling. My burger tasted rancid. The chips were not cooked properly. The garlic mushrooms were full of water. My so called garlic nan bread was not nan bread but flatbread and was so hard I couldn't bite through it. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this rubbish.. a waste of over £40 as it all ended up in the bin.

We have been waiting an hour and a half for 2 kebabs and chips on a Wednesday night - and still not here! We rang about 20 minutes ago and they tried to make out we had phoned later than we had.During the restrictions I had waited outside with no one inside and got completely ignored. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt . . . .but . . . last time we order from here!

They took my money for a pizza waited till the end of service to then tell me I haven't ordered an I need to leave an witch would been fine if they handed back my money but then argued with me and threatened to call the police. Discussing behaviour for two on the members of staff that have wrongful accused other customers from stealing in the past would 100% would avoid save being robbed or harassed by the staff.

Very poor service.. I've never met any one quite as rude as the lady behind the bar. When we had an issue with our food, instead of helping us resolve the issue she chose to be violent and aggresive. Very disappointing

The only takeaway in uttoxeter we use. We are more than willing to make an 8 mile journey as we think it's that good. Very clean hygienic staff and work place, friendly helpful staff and very good food.

Received my pizza and it was all over the box pretty sure someone had eaten some of it. Very poor. Took over an hour to deliver then I stood outside waiting for my refund for 40 minutes. 3 times out of ten you will get a banging pizza but the other times there poor. Depends what day you catch them on also staff don't take responsibility and want an attitude check.
