Starbucks - Uttoxeter in East Staffordshire

Pit stop on way home, nice and clean. Fast service and veggie meatball wrap was really, really good!

Good service......no waiting......coffee was good. Toilets could really do with a cleanup more often.....not Starbucks fault but customers being very untidy throwing tissues on the floor instead of appropriate receptacles.

Staff were friendly and the space was tidy and pleasant. Both of our drinks though were sickingly sweet, far too much syrup, to the point where we couldn't finish them.

Had a quick bite and a coffee with my Boss, nice clean store with quick service. There is also a BP garage onsite which has a Subway and a Greg's inside. There is also a Burger king, Premier Inn hotel with a restaurant. Plenty of parking for cars and lorries.

I go to for coffee every day and I buy the same two drinks every time, so tell me how the price change every day, the staff seem to make up the price. And you lucky to get a decent coffee without the milk being burnt , all I can say there two lads that are the only ones that how to make a coffee and don't make up prices . I have a allergy to gluten but one staff seems not listen to my order and I end up finding out 5 minutes down the A50 so waste of money

This is our local Starbucks. Never had an issue with the Staff in house or through the drive through, any mistakes that have happened with our order have always been quickly sorted. The place always looks clean and tidy and can always find a clean table to sit at, whether it be a sofa or chair. Two things to bare in mind. This Starbucks is situated on the main A50 road and is a truck stop and refueling station, so there maybe a number of lorry's parked everywhere and also the prices maybe a little high than you would pay In a town centre restaurant.

Coffee fine but cleanliness an issue. Dirty floor and tables, even after someone had been round collecting dirty cups etc. Could not get hand dryer to work in the ladies toilet.

Went through the drive thru and requested a black coffee, instead of receiving my requested drink I was given a pink drink that they referred to as a, and I quote a ‘pinkity drinkity’. Told me to go away using some strong language and closed the window. I was ok with my experience until I arrived at a nearby petrol station and found out they that they had filled my tank with pink drink, several hundred pounds worth of pink drink in my tank. Why was there so much pink drink. How did they manage to fill my tank with pink drink in under a minute.Edit: Just found out that they not only filled my tank with pink drink but also every other crevice and container in my car. How did they do this in under 3 minutes and why I will never know.

Convenient location just off A50. Coffee and cakes are OK to Starbucks standards. I have been here two or three times before and the toilets have never been good enough. On this visit there was no soap and the hand drier didn't work. Given that every customer should be washing their hands, this is is poor.

A nice place in a quiet service. The staff are friendly and it has a nice ambience. When the sun is up, it's a fantastic place to sip a nice cuppa of choice. There is enough parking area and there is also a drive through. If it was in my hometown, I would have been a regular there
