The staff were ignorant, I asked one staff if he would clear our table and wipe it down, he cleared the table and never came back. There were two other staff on and each time one of them passed our table I tried in an audible voice to get their attention after about 10 minutes had to literally SHOUT to get their attention just to wipe the table. It's a good job we were able to order the food via the App, because I'm sure we would of starved to death.

Wonderful place along with Polite and well mannered staff, short snd straight to the point but will help you with anything if needed. The pub is mostly clean or as clean as a revolving door of drunk patrons can be and so I've given it 5 stars. The outdoor seating area is definitely worth checking out no matter the weather with lights for dark and cold winter nights and beautiful plants and greenery for spring and summer. Overall a great place to go.

Amazing service and delicious food! The pizza margarita and salted caramel cookie dough sandwich with ice cream is absolutely fantastic.

Cheap, but nasty. Asked for a medium steak. Got blue/rare. Forgot my sauce. When told about this just got told ' we've ran out '. Ok.Drinks ridiculously cheap. Beck's 99p.Place is tired and dirty looking. Tables are sticky. Wall painting done by Stevie wonder. Clientele not exactly welcoming.

Absolutely awful 😖 asked 4 times to get the table cleaned!!!! When the food arrived I asked again for it to be cleaned before they put the food down....he wiped half of it and slammed the plates down...won't be going back

I love it at the Lord Burton . Went today . Met Ben . He made our day. So helpful and made us feel special . I mentioned him to Dannie. It was busy but the service and food was great . We had herb chicken with a gin and tonic . The price included the drink. I use Wetherspoons in Bridgend . They have the same in common . Great staff great food .

Nice place for a drink only if you can get a table that has been cleaned. We found a table hal clean but sticky. The surrounding 7 other tables never got cleaned off during our 1 hour stayStaff just kept walking past them..as they bought out drinks. Shame cheap drinks otherwise. Was going to eat but as we were surrounded by dirty uncleaned tables give it a miss

It is a typical Wetherspoons. Reasonably priced beer and food. Service time was good despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. The only slight criticism was that the tables were not being cleared quick enough after people left. Apart from this - the normal good value for money

No good experience. Can not understand why everything is changed because of Covid rules and when the ordered food is coming the waiter is not wearing 😷. Got to order my food by mobile phone and pay without getting in contact.... I've got my plate without any word.... Food wasn't as good as I expected.... So for me as a German Mechanic working away in UK it does not feel like almost 2 years ago before Brexit and Covid..... The fun and joy has gone.Maybe one day it will be back....?!?

Gone for the all important large mixed grill with a pint. You," always know where you stand", in this again of public houses. Not having eaten, since yesterday, I look forward to food. Good variety of people, friendly and reasonably clean. Time now for the black stuff. Cheers.
