"Burger Shop Hereford is a relaxed British burger joint, utilising local ingredients to make delicious burgers, sides, and more - all from scratch! The Burger Shop opened its doors in 2014 after a series of suppers, pop-ups and events by A Rule of Tum, the restaurant was an overnight success with queues out the door from day one. Focused on providing excellent food using local suppliers alongside a choice of craft beers and great cocktails, the Burger Shop on Aubrey Street went from strength to strength and kick-started a food revolution in Hereford."

A couple of weeks ago, we had a less than satisfactory experience as part of birthday celebrations - mainly customer service. After feedback was given and an apology received, we were invited to go back to the newly refurbished Burger Shop to give them another try. The customer service this time was great - friendly and helpful staff and the food was excellent - best burger (Hereford Hop) I've ever had. Great use of locally grown and made food and drinks. Thank you!

Always tasty. Having a refurb next week for more comfortable seating. Continuously developing with nearby partners into a thriving independent food community

After a long drive down south I was recommended to stop here and grab some food. The restaurant was clean and well presented, first meeting with the staff was pleasant and polite then it fell pretty short. There wasn't much of a wait for the burger to hit the table what's fantastic except the quality, everything about it felt cold and unappealing. The buns felt like they had been swimming in cold grease, a thrown handful of salad and the best bit a pair of raw burgers. I had one bite and was met with a mouthful of cold meat that can only be described as 'blue' if you was ordering a steak, not once did any of the floorstaff re-check the table to see if anything was a miss or if we'd want to order more drinks ect. The only time after that we was served was to take our money to leave, left feeling pretty cheated and underwhelmed needless to say I won't be back.

Really tasty burgers with good vegan and vegetarian options. We really liked the fact that all the ingredients were locally sourced and the menu gave you a breakdown of the distance/locality. Friendly and helpful staff. Really good milkshakes too!

Great burgers. Good beer and cider to accompany. Very friendly and attentive team. Basic décor and furniture. Outside seating when the weather is clement. Definitely going back.

Never disappointed with this cozy little restaurant. The ingredients are all locally sourced, made fresh, and taste delicious. The service is quick and friendly too. If you like quality burgers, or enjoy a nicer bite to eat for lunch, this is the place for you!

When the burger shop opened it was my favourite place to eat in Hereford. But I feel the quality of the food and service has fallen from their high standards. The chicken wings used to be my favourite part of the menu but since have changed and I don’t think they’re no where near what they used to be. That maybe a personal opinion.

This is easily the best burger joint I have ever visited. The beef burger was so juicy and meaty. The chicken burgers were tender and moist. The chips were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The choice of sauces was on point and complimented the food so well. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Service was very fast and every need was seen too.I will definitely be visiting again when I am around the Hereford area.
