Cock of Tupsley in Herefordshire

What a find! We booked for Saturday evening at 6pm, the place was very busy as expected for an unusually warm March evening! But I can not fault anything!The staff we fabulous and attentive even though it was clear they were very busy and working their socks off! It was clean and tidy and we felt very welcome, We placed our order with our server Andrew who was friendly and welcoming and food and drink arrived promptly! The food was incredible! My steak was perfectly cooked and I’m pretty fussy! I can’t pick one fault! Well done to all the kitchen team! Days like this always test a premises and I was very very impressed!Will definitely be returning! ☺️

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good food and good value

Used to be very good however on the last 2 occasions we have visited it was very poor.The waiter tries very hard to please but the quality of the food was sub standard.Chicken breast was rubbery and bacon undercooked.Its a shame as it used to be good value for money, but when you have to leave the food.........

Awful management taking their issues out on customer as they don’t have enough staff. After being left for 20 minutes to be seated found our own table, to then be told off like children about finding our own table, when no where does it state wait to be seated by staff. As the staff were then funny with us made us wait over an hour for food when we explained we have a child with type 1 diabetes and is on an insulin pump. They didn’t care. This is meant to be a family establishment yet they cannot stand children. Such a shame as this used to be a fantastic family friendly establishment

The buy one get one free is a good deal. I've visited here quite regularly over the years. We went for Sunday lunch a few weekends ago.It was poor. The portion size wasn't good for £18 roast beef meal! They have really reduced it in my opinion. I had a side of Cauliflower cheese that was basically boiled and then placed in a small baking dish with cheese sprinkled on it. Awful. Not creamy like you'd expect.The staff are always brilliant and friendly. Great range of drinks as usual

Me and my partner always come back here time and time again. The food is delicious and the staff are really friendly. They always welcome us back with a smile and are attentive to our needs especially when we bring our little one in.I'm sure you will remember us when we are next in. My partner Kayla loves the red velvet cheesecake.Our favourite place to eat in Hereford.

Took my husband's sister there for lunch to celebrate her 60th birthday. The food was excellent and so were the staff, who looked after us really well. Made her birthday, thank you all very much

My Family and I came for Christmas Day Lunch and it was great. The food was lovely, plenty of it and the staff could not do enough for us. We had a lovely time and will definitely be booking up to come next year.

Excellent service. I don't typically go out for food but was pleasently surprised with how good the food here was. Knock out burger was lovely and came rather quick, drinks were great as well. Staff were lovely and attentive and will be using this pub for any future groups for birthdays. Outstanding

Gorgeous pub, clean and tidy and super summery at the moment with all its decorations. Plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely friendly staff. Two for one on meals.
