Coffee 1 in Herefordshire

I met a few friends and as it was a lovely day we decided to sit outside. The area was fairly spacious. Drinks and cakes were lovely.

Nice place very busy when we visited. The staff sometimes have a problem communicating with each other. I've been three times now and twice they got my order with cream and gingerbread missing. When I pointed it out was told it was extra. I said yes I know that's why when the young girl asked if I would like them with the gingerbread latte I said yes. I don't make a fuss as sometimes things can't be heard over the noise. My son was a bit disappointed but like me he just thought never mind. I don't know if they have less busy days we went on Saturday. Overall it's a good place for a great coffee and a chat but may have to speak up a bit louder next time. 😸

Good spot for early coffee and a place with space to contemplate day ahead. Bit busy after about 9.30 though and fighting for a seat.

Lovely little cafe, great quality and delicious cakes and coffee... But their coffees always have so much froth... I ask for a latte, I always get a cappuccino... I know it sounds petty but half the time, even when I ask for a wet latte, I still get a lot of foam.

Perfectly okay place but it's too popular for its own good. There are other equally good coffee shops in Hereford centre where you don't have to queue for 5 mins to be served, nor struggle for seats.

Service was ok, a little perfunctory and lacking warmth. Decent coffee options, excellent range of cakes. Good atmosphere.

I visited this good coffee shop twice while in Hereford. I had a good experience and enjoyed my time and coffee which was freshly made and prepared. The staff are nice but none was smiling, which was a bit weird. The sandwich I choose twice from a good selection, was great and yummy. The place is obviously liked by many others as it was busy and crowded, I visited noon time in each occasion. I'll definitely visit this place more in the future. The downside, no mobile reception at all if you are inside, or move closer to the windows near entrance.

8/10 for the coffee. Good taste but a not the right volume of milk for a cappuccino.. Just a thin layer on the top.. Come on guys your a coffee shop. That's the basics. And really no WiFi, seriously a coffee shop where people go to chill and log on... You don't have WiFi.. Not good. Cakes were lovely but Typically massively overly priced. Why do you need to do that seriously.
