Cosy Club Hereford in Herefordshire

We visited Cosy Club on a Sunday morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. We had one cooked vegetarian breakfast and one standard cooked breakfast . We will definitely eat there again and recommend to friends and family.

First time coming here since living in Hereford for the last 3 years. Having seen it off a night time I wasn't sure but went in with friends today and it was excellent. Drinks were excellent and the food was superb. Fantastic value and the staff were great and chatty. Picture is of a non alcoholic cherry bakewell.

11 of us (including 4 young children aged 1 to 6) surprised my mum here today for her big birthday, none of us had been before.Our server/host was a lovely and can't be praised enough, they even kindly gave us a bottle of Prosecco on the house for my mum's 50th. The food and drinks were great, big bonus that it's child friendly. One of us has a nut allergy and it was taken very seriously, this is the best service I've seen for allergies.We all had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

Lovely food and drinks accurately priced staff very friendly and helpful. Setting very pleasant to be in. Only complaint was slow service which was a concern as going on to threater showing otherwise would not have minded as nice place to be.🤗

What an amazing venue for a family get together. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout all the planning stages for my wife’s special birthday.They decorated the rooms and made it so welcoming for guests. The food was delicious and the staff worked hard to ensure everyone enjoyed the evening. Nothing seemed too much trouble.Particular thanks to Emma who was our host for the evening and Tyler who managed the booking.Thank you.

Where to startArrived 7.30 to a half empty barAnd two gents behind the counterIt took two barmen to serve the attractive young lady in front of us, with the whole performance of making her a Martini cocktail reminiscent of Tom cruise and Bryan brown.While I patiently stood there, card in hand trying to order a pint and a glass of wine, I discovered I have managed to become completely invisible.Neither barman acknowledged me and my friend, just looked through us as though we didn’t exist.So after the cocktail was made and the young lady had departed, the two wannabes then proceeded to clean down the bar, wash out the cocktail making equipment and completely ignore me even more.I’m a 51 year old 6 ft tall guy. Good job, I dress well and would say I’m presentable. So I can only presume that I must have discovered the secret to invisibility or these two behind the bar, who did everything to not even make eye contact with me, just really didn’t like the look of me or want to serve me.I actually run quite a successful business where we are measured on customer service.If the cosy club would like an afternoon of my time for me to coach your staff, please drop me a line.The two guys behind the bar have a lot to learn.Told the manager, who to be fair listened and said he’d get someone to serve us as we were walking out.I am afraid it will be a long time before I put money into that establishment again.

Really lucky to have been to three of the cosy club chain, Liverpool, Cardiff and Hereford and it's always brilliant!This one in Hereford is absolutely class and a must visit if you're in the area!The building itself is decorated to a very high standard and is warm and welcoming!The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing, loads of vegan options too!we would of gone back again of we were in Hereford longer!

Went here for Cocktails with a friend. Brilliant atmosphere, fantastic friendly staff, very well decorated and thought out , the Cocktails are brilliant too.Serves food but we didn't have any, what we saw looked lovely.Has 2 gardens so can enjoy sitting out in Nice weather.
