Stunning place for a round, front or back 9 or the whole 18 - perched on a hillside in Herefordshire, you can really go wrong on a sunny day. The course is well kept, although they have funky winter tees out at the moment that can be a but trying. Also has a driving range, crazy golf, food and drinks. Bloody lovely.

After attending a funeral for a dear friend at The Priory Church in Leominster, us mourners attended the Hickory Stick Restaurant meeting up with the family & friends . The buffet food which the catering staff served us mourners was excellent, the service was really good as well. Thank you Roger & team, although must admit when we have had meals there in the past cannot fault the delicious food. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone with utmost confidence .

Great night out bowling, but wasn't in the dark like usual and the UV lights couldn't be turned on for no apparent reason.

The cook has a problem cooking frozen chips! They were anaemic and hard in the middle for both myself and my partner. The soup was courgette which may have been good but I find courgettes a less than appetising vegetable at the best of times and is a strange choice for the only soup available. I chose not to risk it. My partners gammon was large and very good and my friend's salmon was ok.My salad had a gloopy dressing over it without asking me if dressing was required and, as i'm a diabetic, I couldn't have eaten it even if I wanted to. There was no cheeeboard available and no desert which was not packed with sugar. They took so long to come to take the order for desert/coffee we left without either. As I had only eaten two very small savory tartlets I was very hungry and stopped for a sandwich on the way home. We won't be going back.

Absolutely love this place, it has so much to offer for indoor & outdoor family fun in a beautiful setting. All of the staff have always been a delight, very accommodating & friendly. The lad running the bowling area on Saturday 21st was awesome, nothing was a problem. He had a lovely new apprentice too (I hope he has settled in well.) The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating, the server was attentive. Lovely food, staff who care for their customers, well done all!! Thank you!

Great service, fantastic food - annoyed I only took a picture of the dessert. The ten pin bowling is a great addition to the meet up with family pre Christmas meal.
