Jasmine House in Herefordshire

Lovely food higjlly reccommd

Great food and the prices are decent too. The delivery is always on time and really friendly delivery staff.

Friendly staff nice prawn crackers an chips but the beef curry used to be nice think they have changed the beef in it as its chewie now an not nice

Wonderful Cantonese food great service

2nd time order overlooked, rang after 11/2 hours to be told the kitchen are overwhelmed and they would cook it now,, but would be another 30 minutes!! 40 minutes later it arrived and once again almost cold and food very poor. Prawn toasts like rock, chicken and cashew nuts like water and tasteless, s/s pork like chewing rubber. Only one word for it, disgusting!!Don’t bother with this place, you will be wasting your money and be misled about what is happening to your order! They don’t care less.

Arrived in under 25 mins and was lvy will use them again

Had enough of them saying they don't take credit cards when they do and asking you to use the chargeable cash dispenser outside the shop, have been going there for 25 years.. will take my business else where from now on. Cash must be king in the take away world.. I wonder why

Had a new years eve delivery, granted the wait was long (as I expected anyway, with everyone at home and the take away being open) I have to say it was probably one of the best we've had. Very happy and it was worth the wait!

Nice service, prawn toast a bit like fried bread but chicken with black bean and green peppers very nice and special fried rice a meal in itself

The food is very good and the price is reasonable.Unfortunately trying to telephone an order through is a nightmare. Setting my phone on automatic radial, I gave up after 30 minutes. Never manage to speak to them. Have to stand in the cold and wait outside for 25mins.Therefore we will go elsewhere.Lots of people have the same issue, sort it out before you loose all of your regulars.
