Kentucky Fried Chicken in Herefordshire

Morgan was a very good worker. 10/10 service. Problem was some tables were very dirty even after 15 minutes. Also new lobby looks very nice, however the seats seemed very uncomfortable. Food was very good, crispy and well prepared even with all that tom-foolish commotion!

Had a great time yesterday, a worker called Morgan's cheery smile and positive attitude made my food much better! With a glowing grin he delivered my food to me, sublime it was!

Chicken pieces are well cooked, very juicy. But unfortunately they have this taste that is very much like fried chicken deep fried in reused oil that has already burnt. I tasted literally nothing in it that resembles KFC chicken pieces and I have eaten a lot from all over the UK. The fries also have a burnt plastic taste to them.

Stood in the queue for 10 minutes as staff walked by and looked at while refusing to serve even as a 5 person queue formed behind myself. By the time my party had left with all the food it was cold.

Slow service all staff to busy talking and acting like children! People waiting to order but to busy talking and messing about and swearing and just ignoring customers waiting. Not professional in the slightest. Food cold and order wrong. Said he would get correct order and bring it over. Slow service. Some staff continually touching their faces. Toilet floor in need of a wash. Pathetic portion of chips with my "meal" which was soggy and tepid.

The food was good, however I ordered a cup of tea and when I asked for milk the girl said she couldn't find any. I asked her if she thought it was acceptable to sell tea without informing me that they had no milk and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Well, its KFC, you are not expecting juicy quality well cooked chicken. But, you expect little bit of quality from the chicken. The chicken smelled like it has been in the freezer for ages 🤮🤮🤮 I can't explain how bad it was🤮🤮🤮. I reported my issue to one of the staff and they right away told me that they will give me a refund. C'MON!!! I didn't report it to get a refund, sort the problem out guys. Be professional. At least serve food which wouldn't make customer's sick.Note: I didn't accept the refund. I just want nobody to experience what I went through.

Ordered 2 Box Meals, the burger was hot and so were the chips, the chicken piece unfortunately was cold and not at all crispy like usual.We used the drive thru which was easy to get through without any issues and they do have indoor seating if you'd prefer.

Quick service. had vegan choice. spicy dip is 30p more than it is in London. good seating area. wish it was Halal. but still like it. food was delicious warm and timely served.
