Open all day. Lovely atmosphere and good value food. Proper pub. Will go again

I would say 5 star, as I am the Landlord. But really fed up with Google asking me to leave a rating, every time I get home🤣 come and see us. You will be in for a warm welcome. No change, welcome just as warm.

Been here many times since it reopened. My new favourite place for pub meals. Friendly staff, friendly regulars and great atmosphere.Food is top notch. Always fresh, plentiful and well presented.Outdoor area in better weather is just perfect. Individual pods or tables on a large grassy area.Also this place is Dog Friendly a must in my opinion.Plenty parking too.I'm not a family member or friend or a regular. The staff probably won't know me from Adam but this place really is 10/10 and worth visiting or stopping off .Well done guys

Dropped by for a quick lunch. The owners and the regulars were very friendly, the atmosphere was warm and familiar with lovely food. We had the soup of the day which tasted amazing. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

First time we visited. The new owners are obviously in the process of making the pub clean, bright and modern....My wife and I had very nice home cooked meals that were promptly and courteously served and reasonably priced.A very pleasant find!

Went here for a meal and we were not disappointed. It has recently re-opened under new management and they have put a lot of work into making a good go this establishment.The hosts were extremely welcoming and pleasant. The staff we encountered were also polite and friendly.They have a wonderful beer garden at the rear with gorgeous views of the Herefordshire countryside.I had the breaded garlic mushroom starter and my partner had the king prawns, both were delicious.I had the 8oz sirloin steak and it was cooked to my specification and was lovely. My partner had the 8oz rump and again cooked perfectly and was also lovely.We will definitely be returning to sample other meals from their menu.

A lovely friendly family pub, we had a Sunday roast and a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding with custard which produced food envy from the rest of the group. 🤤🤤🤤. The garden outside has a stunning view and new well designed wooden pods which are very comfortable and can provide some privacy if you are looking for more of an intimate social drink. Fully recommended, we will be back!

My first visit today and absolutely LOVED it!! Amazing Sunday lunch, amazing views and fabulous people. If you are looking for a family friendly pub, with great food and a warm welcome you cannot go wrong. Already planning my next visit! xx

Lovely country pub well laid out garden. Food was excellent and really good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was accessible in my power chair but fairly tight getting through the pub doors. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to my wife telling me she couldn't see a disabled toilet and the toilets weren't the best. But to be fair the new owners look to be working hard on the place so all that could change.

Recently reopened and seemed very popular already. Very friendly welcoming family now running the Kings Head . Very good menu with plenty of choices. Food was excellent and reasonable prices. They have already improved the overall look of the pub and said they still have some more to do. Lots of car parking space and open views of the country side. Very nice wooden pods built specially for protection but will also extend the season , as you will be able to use them most of the year. Very pleased to find a new pub to visit. They serve food until very late as well. None of that "we have finished serving food at 8 or 9" , which is so typical of England.we will definitely visit again and hope to introduce family and friends to this lovely find.
