I’m writing this review within 5 minutes of dishing up … Hands down the worst food experience we’ve ever had the misfortune to taste. The noodles were coated in what seemed like burnt fat, the chips were not even good enough to be yesterdays leftovers and was basically like ,,,,, well see the photo and make your own mind up. First time here and never again and will be complaining to environmental health. Awful experience and surprise surprise cash only.

Worn here for food and asked what was in the mushroom rice as advertised (mushroom rice) got told botton mushrooms that's it to get home and found peas and egg aswell when I called to rectify this that said well all fried rice comes with egg in it well the menu don't say mushroom fried rice and we was not informed of this when asked so I asked for my money back on the rice or a plain mushroom rice as advertised I was told no I can but a new rice after 5 minutes of arguing they finally offered me to have a new rice at half price as this was tottaly there fault in more way than one I explained that was not acceptable I want new rice for free or my money for that rice back witch they refused so I will never be going here again back to jade garden for me

Please ignore the star rating, I did not have any food in the end but did pick up a menu. Photos attached for the info of all, picked up last week. Please note the opening hours seem to have changed.

We were told the wait for delivery would be an hour and forty five minuets which already seems a bit crazy, after an hour and half they rang and explained it would be another hour ( we were very HANGRY by now). We decided it would be sensible to go and pick the order up and on the way there thought to call and ask for some chicken balls to compensate for the inconvenience which they did do but no apology offered in store AT ALL. The food all in all was actually pretty good BUT THEY FORGOT MY CHIPS, after all this they forgot my chips, the food could have been amazing but now I had sour taste in my mouth. If you can’t offer the delivery service then don’t doIt and don’t forget the chips!
