Order some food from here for collection last weekend, I was told that my food would be ready In about 30 minutes. I picked up my food from putson and drove to belmont, I dished the food up and it was just warm, we all had to use the microwave to warm it up . Think I will stick to my usual takeaway from now on.

Passing by so picked up a curry and it was the nicest Chinese I've had in a long time. Well worth a trip out of your way to grab a takeaway from here. Very nice.

Just had a Chinese delivered and I can tell you now that’s the worst food I’ve ever eaten!!! Something seriously need to be done. Beef curry was that thick the curry powder was not cooked out in it. Chow mien was that spicy could not eat it and had a horrible smell to it ! Well what can I say about the processed chicken fried rice looked like it was heated up in a microwave. Never in my life have I eaten food like that ! We order the food and was at my door 15 mins later telling me that’s fresh !

I am a HGV driver, I was in town for a job late night. Without any food, I decided to order some fish & chips and have it delivered to my truck while I am waiting here. My food turned up on time. In a white carrier bag chips and cod wrapped in papers. I found it weird, usually having takeaway boxes is a standard at 99% of places. Upon opening packaging I found the cod smelling rotten and I did not have the stomach to even taste it. The chips was like cardboard. I contacted "restaurant" straight away only to be told that they received the cod fresh and was prepared fresh. There was no point in arguing with the person on the other end. I did contact just-eat customer service to find a way to get my money back. They were unable to do anything. So basically I spent over £15 for something that had to go straight to bin. Save yourself some money, and headache. Order elsewhere!Edit.After investigation(pics sent to just-eat) they refunded me and apologised

The service I can't fault. Staff really friendly really helpful and got a rather large order spot on with no issues. The food leaves a little to be desired though. Battered Mars bar is banging though, would highly recommend. The rest of the food, and I tried a lot of it, wasn't quite up to the standard of other Chinese I've been too. Most things didn't have much flavour and the sweet and sour sauce was very lack luster. The place is doing Chinese, fish and chips and kebabs to name just a few so it's a jack of all trades and master of.....not Chinese at least! Portion sizes were decent enough and so could be considered value for money. If i was in the area again I wouldn't go back though.

As a regular customer of this takeaway this will now be the last time we use them. Firstly the food arrived 20 minutes after the hour time slot and our order was not complete. I rang straight away about the missing item and as I did, i was told by the rest of the family, that the food was cold. All of it! I informed the lady on the phone and she said I will speak to the manager/boss. Her response was that they could offer a replacement for the burger and chips but the rest had been cooked fresh!! Why wasn't it all cooked fresh!! After speaking to the manager she then offered 20% discount. I replied that to be honest we wouldn't be returning to which she replied well we don't do refunds! There was no apology about the missing item, or the food being late or the fact it was really cold. Maybe the manor fish bar in Hereford have been doing lots of trade during lock down and so think they do not have to worry about sending decent food, or sending all items ordered or caring about regular customers service. Finally, and maybe slightly worrying the lady on the phone apologised when her voice went because she wasn't well and had a sore throat! Another great advertisement for this takeaway especially during a pandemic. After reading other replies to reviews I am expecting a unprofessional response but this is a genuine review.

Eaten from here a few times had good and bad food from them. When i had a chinese it was ok for the price. But when i had fish and chips the fish batter was very greasy and the fish wasnt great. The chips are good when you get a fresh batch. it depends on when you get the food to how good it will be.

Worst place ever, don't order anything from them. The food had a horrible smell and it was greasy. My partner contacted them they refused to do anything to make it better the experience. They said they had done everything up to their food standards. Well, their so called standards are greasy and smelly. After the call they quickly closed their justeat site( before their official closing time) to make it impossible for my partner to get a refund. The food without eating a single bite from it went to the bin because of the huge amount of grease and the horrible smell. These people are a disgrace to hospitality.
