Café worker thinks it's okay to yell rudely at customer

What can I say its a M&S and it has a nice cafe and clean loos

After buying your food for years was very very very disappointed in your liver and bacon meal, so trying to tell a friendly customer advisor she cut me off, how bloody rude, absolutely not what i expect at M&S very dubious about shopping with you again, after 20 years, not happy,,Thanks for listening

Has everything you need: clothes, food and a café. Really friendly staff.

In the M&S cafe, flat white and a toasted tea cake to keep me going until dinner. Very clean friendly staff, M&S food mmm.

It has a new layout now in the ground floor. I quite enjoyed my visit this time. Supposed to purchase a belt only, but ended up buying more things from the foodhall. My husband and I found a super soft thick cut white bread there. We love it and are getting it regularly now. This is their own brand bread and it's cheap. If you like soft bread this is worth trying and highly recommended.

The food store is in the basement and has a comprehensive range of fresh, frozen and store cupboard items. There is a Greetings card section, bakery, and wines, beers,and spirits section. The staff are friendly and helpful. With ladies and men's fashion on the ground and first floors this store sited in the historic High Town area is recommended for a visit.

Staff incredibly helpful especially as it was a Saturday almost minutes before closing managed to get top quality gentlemens braces and with the help of the customer service lady a pair of finest kind leather gloves with 30% off.Happy DaysMarks and Spencer staff brilliant as always

Great store with a wide variety of clothes to suit people of all ages including young children. Prices are not cheap but then you pay for quality and lasting value. There are some offers in store but are limited to certain clothes but there are some bargains to be got. Customer service is excellent. There is also a canteen on the first floor serving coffee, sandwiche ,cakes and light lunches. Lifts are available for customers who are disabled, use disability scooters or pushchairs.
