McDonald's in Herefordshire

Loads of screaming teens, tables not cleared, fries all over the floor and a passed out drunk. The food was cold. Will we be going back ? No

Staff not to bad, always polite and friendly. But most days kids making mess and staff do not care anymore. Which is not to blame the staff as have seen staff try and get kids to leave but the abuse given is not worth minimum wage.

Really busy table was dirty. Server was efficient burger looked like it was thrown in its box.

What a surprise, no milkshakes again. Untidy, messy, not clean... Possibly the worst MDs in England.

Lovely milkshake I ordered, but downside ordered a double cheese burger. Just that and burger was only warm, done to order and only warm not hot that's putting it midely one burger like cold.

Bit gruby and dated, but food was good and quick

Went in at 8.30 for a single mc muffin. Waited for 5-10 mins while all the delivery guys got there collections before people waiting in store. Food was fine and the staff were pleasant.

Ordered takeout Sunday. Store was absolute chaos but for no reason as they wernt busy. deliveroo and just eat drivers barging to the front without masks on, duty manager had 4 or 5 orders sat going cold during the 20mins I waited there, when I finally got served my takeout the order was wrong and cold.Best plan folks AVOID and go visit The Burger Shop in Aubrey St or Beefy Boys. Both of which get it right every time!

Not as far as it's used to be. Staff are fabulous and hard working. If you are 'eating in' you won't be served before all the delivery drivers so expect a wait.
