Milano Ristorante in Herefordshire

We arrived on Wednesday 11th August 2021 and the restaurant was closed even though the website says it is open. Drove around the country lanes and stumbled across a Riverside restaurant which offered an amazng menu and fantastic service.

Fantastic meals for both of us. Really good value for money. Would definitely go again, even though its over an hour to travel too.

Lovely friendly staff very helpful food was delicious and plenty of it service a bit slow but if you are patient the experience is well worth the wait

Food took too long, seemed understaffed and not very well managed. We booked a table for 8 people here and the restaurant was relatively empty when we arrived. It took an hour for our starters to arrive and we still hadnt received our mains an hour after that. Around 4 other tables came and received their food whilst we were waiting and we ended up having to leave without our dinner due to having a small child with us. The waitress was nice and seemed to do everything she could for us but it was a very disappointing experience.

Not impressed with the food ot the service! Extremely overpriced for what it is! The tiramisu on the photo is the worst I have ever had ...

Excellent food. In 10 years I never was disappointed, wonderful italian meals. A a variety of dishes. I read some comments really rude talk about the place. For understand the real value and quality we need quality people. Anyway, everybody is free to choose, also can have different opinions.

Really rude chef. Tried to bring out the salad and the main at the same time then decided to practically shout at us how long it takes to cook the food when we had not even asked that we had only wanted the salad before the main. I would not recommend this place and maybe instead of fly tipping there rubbish and try some people skills they might be worth going to.

Newly redecorated, it looks great, and the food is unsurpassed. The chef, Dino, is an award winner many times over, with amongst others, "Pizza chef of the year" *and* "Pasta chef of the year" at least a few times each over the last 10 years.Great selection of dishes, don't honestly think I've ever had a bad meal. In fact, I can't recall ever having even an average meal there - they have all been *at least* very very good, and usually are excellent.Do yourself a favour and make the journey if you find yourself in Herefordshire. Seriously. He's that good.

Had a great meal. Friendly staff. My wife got a bit drunk and collapsed on another couples table sending food flying. She was then sick everywhere but the staff were very understanding and helped me carry my wife to a taxi. Thank you.

Enjoyed our meal here. Extensive menu, might be better to concentrate on a fresher smaller one. Atmosphere, the usual - if it has anything to do with Italy plonk it in! Very nice staff. My husband had a very good veal dish and one of the best Tiramisu he has eaten. All in all it was nice to eat in a restaurant instead of a pub.
