Monkland Cheese Dairy in Herefordshire

An absolutely beautiful little cafe and shop. We had a delicious lunch of soup with bread and cheese. The cheese is delicious and high quality, the bread is homemade and all of the food is very fresh. The cakes are also lovely, and the staff are helpful and friendly.The shop is well stocked with high quality local produce, and is a great place to buy gifts!

Helpful and friendly staff, great selection of artisanal cheese. Ploughmans lunch and soup of the day were delicious. Apple chutney recommended!

Had a fabulous Blue Cheese ploughman's in the sunshine with a glass of cider. So glad we saw the sign and stopped, some brilliant produce that we should be shouting from the roof tops about in this country.

Great ploughman's lunch!We also really enjoyed choosing some cheese to take home with us. It's was fun trying before buying. The service was excellent; we felt comfortable saying no after trying a cheese that we didn't wish to take home.Worthwhile for all fans for cheese.

Very friendly place. Dogs allowed in cafe. Great selection of cheese with wide variety of texture and taste . Loved them all. Also an amazing selection of jams and preserves.

Lovely teas and cakes here and really friendly people as well. Didn't buy cheese as we were on motorbikes, so will return on the car another day.

Lovely friendly place with some really nice cheeses, local honey and beers. We didn't stop in the cafe but it it looked nice.

I was looking for places to visit whilst in Hereford and they have good reviews on Tripadvisor so decided to visit and really glad I did. Had a really warm greeting and was really impressed with the knowledge of the cheese and the quality of the homemade soup and rolls. Bought some cheese to take home and will definitely buy some more to be delivered.

A little gem, the staff are always helpful and the Blue cheese is scrumptious, definitely another visit to stock up.

This place is well worth a visit...plenty of seating in the rustic barn style upper room. Although it's not table service the food is good, best cheese scone I've had in a long while. Staff are friendly and welcoming and food is delivered to the table after ordering. The cheese selection is great if your looking for something to take home and you can try the selection before buying.
