Food is expensive. Almost to the point their taking the Mickey!Eye watering tfor what you get. I was even over charged by 50p but maybe that was for tiny jug custard I asked for. The Roly Poly was not one I have had before. It had a terrible back taste wouldn't have again. In fact we won't go again.

Nice little pub in a beautiful area for some walking after, a little small/not enough tables if you're in on a busy day though

This is a great pub. No doubt about it.I’ve been frequenting it for many years but Saturday evening was the first time I’ve eaten there. I’d called earlier to make a booking which I’d definitely advise you doing.I had the Rump Steak on the menu with Shropshire Blue and chips… 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼These days I pretty much eat only fillet steak but this was really good.Everyone enjoyed their food, reasonably priced too.Great pub with a great atmosphere, would highly recommend.

Meal out for 4 friends. Helpful & friendly staff and good service. Very nice food, plenty of choice on the menu and a restaurant seating area as well as the main pub and bar.

Lovely place. My favorite pub in Herefordshire by far. Great staff, lovely cider!Stopped for lunch today, ordered the steak baguette. Wasn't expecting an 8oz steak sliced up (cooked perfectly as asked) and added to a baguette with some onion. It was huge. Literally was expecting a small baguette with some token pieces of steak!Epic. Especially for like £9.I mean, look at it. That fed two of us..

Beautiful pub. Very friendly and welcoming. Great service with smiles Friendly conversation. Cushell toilet roll (yes it matters) 🤣Cosy roaring fire and chill music in the background. Food was delicious with plenty of choice. I had the burger and couldn't finish it all. Would love to spend a whole evening there. Mulled cider available and baileys hot chocolate 🍫 😋

Continues to make small improvements. 'Man up' and have a lovely Sunday lunch in a relaxed atmosphere. ( Dog friendly bar even after a walk in Haugh)

We had two meals here over the duration of our holiday. The food was amazing. Huge portion sizes and to the highest quality, had a main meal each and had trouble fitting a pud in! Staff were lovely and friendly and being dog friendly was an added bonus. Enjoyed our first meal so much we had to rebook for our last night of our holiday and the staff welcomed us back, even remembering what we'd eaten on our previous visit 5 nights before! Thank you for making us so welcome.

Great meal in a proper pub bar. Food was well presented and tasty. Plenty of people enjoying a meal indicated it has a good reputation. Staff were really pleasant with a nice welcome on arrival. Good beer too!
