OK Diner in Herefordshire

we always stop here on our way home from relatives and love the French fries, chilli, burgers, wraps, amazing milk shakes, pancakes.

Friendly staff and really good food. Had a breakfast that filled the gap nicely. Would have got a five star but it was cold inside. Turn up the heating! Definitely will go again!

Me and my partner visited one random afternoon and it was brilliant! The service was great, very helpful and friendly. The burgers were to due for and couldn't fault them. We found it fabulous value for money. It was a really enjoyable experience and we can't wait to return again one day.

Terrible customer service. We arrived when there was a queue, which is fine, but the waitress shouting at us as we walked in "I have no tables! These people are waiting. Then these. Then you!" was not. We said, "That's fine. How long is the wait?" She snapped, "I don't know! They could have dessert! Or drinks!! I can't give you a time!" It would have been a bit like a Monty Python sketch, if it wasn't so annoying...

Food was lovely, good range of menu choices (gluten free) cheap. However, we felt like we weren’t welcome there, we asked to be moved away from the entrance because it was cold, they refused and said they were reserving the tables for larger groups of people. They sat us away from everyone else. Later we found one white man on his own in that section, so that obviously wasn’t the case. Maybe if you were white you may have been given more accommodations.

It's a different place to eat a burger, a taste of an American diner. I had the big bbq for £11.65 (changed extra for sweet potatoes) bit expensive....Its a burger! But the milkshakes are brilliant, very tasty, and are given plenty to drink.

Fabulous stop on a road trip special occasion or just because you can! Been here loads and been great for the last 14 years I've stopped on the way to Wales or back. Huge range of menu options with really pleasant staff and nice chefs out front. Something for everyone I feel. Enjoy I highly recommend

Very nice place, perfect for any 50s fan as I am.Lovely atmosphere decorated with 50s and rockabilly memorabilia.Staff were friendly and happy to help and plenty of options on the menu.Only down side is that they put mustard on every hotdog without asking, I had to ask them to change it for one without mustard. What's the point having mustard on the table caddy if you're already putting it on things without asking if the customer wants it. It didn't mention in the menu about the hotdogs having Mustard on.Overall great place, the food was delightful and the " Top Dollar Shakes" are to die for.

Well been wanting to try one of these aves over the years. As always it's been In the morning an I'm not fond of American breakfast so never have been. I had just had food else where an decided to try dessert here an let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. I had a brownie dessert with a milk shake an it's possibly the best brownie I have had. The milk shake was great too the setting an decor an the music was great an made me feel like I was in a movie. All in all looking at the menu I will be back to try more an possibly the breakfast (just not a sweet one) thanks for a great dessert

Atmosphere was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Their milkshakes were amazing, as was the food, but the beef was a little bit overcooked. Apart from that, still very good food but not enough for five stars. The food is incredibly filling though.
