Pizza Hut in Herefordshire

The food is OK but it seems to have turned into a DIY restaurant! "A takeaway at your table!".... staff where friendly but just not enough of them. Even the ice cream sweet factory seems to have turned into a "sprinkle ice cream factory!!"

Awful dry and overcooked pizzas , both were like a hard over cooked piece of round thick bread. Chicken was rock hard, no cheese and the sauce was dry and dry and dry. Threw it away after a few bites on the topping. Total waste of money!

Pizza was great but waiting times given need to be more realistic. If you are told your takeaway will be 20 mins waiting time and 40ins later you have to chase your order then it gets a bit frustrating.

We had a lovely time here today. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they explained everything to us and even helped when I was unsure on the ordering. The food was lovely, the pizza was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was great. We really enjoyed the Ice cream factory too. They catered for my son with allergies and were really helpful with letting us know any foods to avoid. The price was reasonable for a treat lunch out.It was clean and tidy as well and the staff could be seen actively cleaning and making sure the buffet was topped up.All in all a great dining experience.

I've not been here for many many years .. I used to come when it was first open.. it seems to have lots something from back then .. its very clean and the food is great .. prices are reasonable and I certainly didn't feel robbed.. but it now feels dated, I don't know if its because we don't get the adverts on TV anymore, or we have forgotten about it.. but I just think it needs a face lift to appeal to the new generation.. this building would make a great 1960,s biker cafe.. loads of parking. There are enough business and factories to create a buzz... hipster coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches... its very very tired...

Went for lunchtime buffet. Not as good as it used to be. Lack of buffet pizza selection, salad selection was poor. Pizza Hut do not take cash anymore something I personally do not agree with, all pushing for a cashless society and you had to scan a code on the table to place and pay for you order. Certainly won't be rushing back in the near future. On the up side the staff were friendly

It's a Pizza Hut with everything you would expect. What made the difference was the excellent service provided by ErinP. She was happy and engaging and nothing was too much trouble.

I have to say 19/11/21, was the worst service and takeout I have experience d from Pizza Hut. Got there bang on the order time to be told it was the next out the oven, so take a seat. Asked again after 20 mins waiting, took 5 mins to find the order was on the hot plate waiting, got home the boxes were warm but the food was cold!!!! Advice is don't take a seat so you remain in view!!!!

Clean, tidy, good service and the Pizza's were excellent. Hadn't been to a Pizza Hut for many years but would use more frequently based on this experience. Nice to find soft drinks without chemical sweetners for sale.PS. The salad bar was not as good as remembered way back, even though it is now free. Would not mind paying for a better selection.

Great meal, even though you are meant to order and pay on line. I had a voucher and it was been difficult so the team took my order and allowed us to pay inshore, which was good as I can imagine other restaurants would not let you do it. Food was hot and correct. My daughter is gluten free so we had to ask what she could have and they were only too happy to check for us. Overall I would visit this restaurant again if we were in the area.
