Secret Garden in Herefordshire

Great place to go for a drink and a meal. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Place is kept and presented very well, was a lovely meal out.

First time here. We received a friendly welcome and it’s an attractive pub, but sadly the food just wasn’t good. The veggie burger looked like it was bought in from a budget wholesaler. I enjoy tastier and better quality food at Wetherspoons. An atmospheric pub like this with big gardens could have so much potential but the kitchen lets it down. We would come again but only got a drink. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Came for dinner earlier the food was terrible absolutely zero vitality. I had the chicken burger which was dry, the GF bread roll dry and hard! Really friendly place and nice atmosphere but the food was dire! Such a shame as nice pub and nice gardens and nice friendly staff.

Lovely pub for everyone,massive garden, really good food, all ages enjoying their hospitality.. Def recommended

Lovely food, fantastic atmosphere. Outdoor covered seating and garden, dog friendly seating with children's play area. Food is good quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating and we had a lovely evening.

Meals could have been hotter. One cauliflower and chickpea curry had to go back as cold. Not much flavour in either cheesecake. However good friendly service.

We’re getting married tomorrow, but we weren’t very familiar with the area, so we opted for this place. Even though they were fully booked (mother’s day!) they managed to fit a table in for us, which we were so grateful for.The Sunday roast was amazing, a solid meal and one of the best ones I’ve had outside my family’s own. Lovely friendly staff and a great atmosphere. If we lived in the area, we’d certainly become regulars! Thank you again to the owners for being so understanding and hospitable, you have a top-notch establishment! :)

Just spent New Years Eve at the Secret Garden, what an amazing place. Staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, food was excellent and we were made to feel at home. Will definitely recommend the secret garden to family and friends xx

Very nice lunch when my husband, myself and our dog visited. Lovely big beer garden and plenty of parking. Inside was very clean. Good food delivered with a smile and reasonable prices would recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. Ladies were polite and professional. Very quick food and drink service. Food was excellent. We had use of a pod,for my sister's baby shower, complete with Bluetooth speakers so we could play our own music, heater and blankets provided also. Beautifully set out for us. Couldn't find a fault if I had to. ❤️
